3 Product classification
3.1 Model level
Appearance quality of rubber hose
Hoses are divided into three types: 1, 2, and 3 according to the working pressure, and five levels: a, h, c, d, and e according to the working pressure. Type 1: low pressure type.
Working pressure ≤0.3MPa;
Working pressure 0.5MPa;
Working pressure 0.7MPa, hose with inner diameter of 10, 12.5.**.100mm. Type 2: medium pressure type.
Working pressure ≤1. 0MPa, inner diameter 50 (including 50) mm or less. Type 3
High pressure type.
E-level working pressure ≤ 2.5MPa, inner diameter 25 (including 25) mm or less. 3.2 Structure
The hose should be composed of a rubber inner layer, a natural or synthetic fiber reinforcement layer, and a rubber outer layer. 3.3 Specifications and dimensions
The inner diameter size and tolerance of the hose should meet the requirements of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 23, 1991 and implemented on May 1, 1992

4.41.2, 3 type hoses shall not crack after the ozone resistance test at 40±2℃, 72-2h, but this performance requirement shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
4.5 The appearance quality of the hose shall meet the requirements of HG2185. 5 Test methods
5.1 The physical properties of the inner and outer rubber layers of the hose shall be measured in accordance with GB528 and GB5562. Free download of customer standard industry data HG 2184-91
5.2 The thermal aging properties of the inner and outer rubber layers of the hose shall be measured in accordance with GB3512 and GB55G2. 5.3 The hydraulic performance test of the hose and the determination of the length and outer diameter change rate under the test pressure shall be carried out in accordance with GB5563. 5.4 The adhesion strength between the layers of the hose shall be measured in accordance with GB5562. 5.5 The static ozone resistance of the hose shall be measured in accordance with G 9571. 6 Inspection rules
6. 1 The appearance and size of the hoses should be checked one by one. 6.2 The hoses should be inspected in batches by the manufacturer's inspection department. The number of hoses of the same model should not exceed 3,000 per batch, and each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory.
6.3 For the same model hose, any one specification can be selected as a representative, and any one can be checked for various physical and mechanical properties, and a hydraulic test can be carried out. 6.4 If one of the physical and mechanical properties or the pressure test fails, double the number of samples from the batch of products should be taken for retesting the unqualified items. If one of the samples still fails to meet one of the indicators after the retest, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage, selection, use and maintenance 7.1 Except for hoses marked as suitable for non-drinking water and with an inner diameter of 80mm and below, which can be coiled into coils, the inner diameter of the coil shall not be less than 15 times the inner diameter of the hose: the inner diameter of 80mm or below Iit1 and above should be flat and self-packed. Other signs, packaging and transportation should comply with the requirements of GB9677:
7.2 The storage, selection, use and maintenance of hoses should comply with the requirements of GR 9576. 7.3 The hoses shall not be stored for more than 1 year under the conditions specified in this standard and CB9577 and GR9576. Additional remarks:
