6.1.2 Appearance inspection: Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure bubbles and black impurities; the sticky handle test uses the method of filling the sample with water to check whether the handle maintains circulation and liquid accumulation; the rest of the items are visually inspected under natural light. 2
6.2 Airtightness test
6.2.1 Number of test samples
Take 3 test samples for each design model.
6.2.2 Special preparation of test samples before testing Replace the closure device with vents with a similar closure device without vents, or block the vents. 6.2.3 Test equipment
According to the requirements of GB/T17344.
6.2.4 Test method
GB18191—2008
The sample including its closure device is placed under the water surface for 5 minutes, and internal air pressure is applied at the same time. The air pressure (gauge pressure) applied is shown in Table 4. The box method should not affect the test results. Other methods with at least equal effectiveness may also be used. 6.2.5 Criteria for passing the test
All samples should not leak.
6.3 Hydraulic test
6.3.1 Number of test samples
Three test samples are taken for each design model.
6.3.2 Special preparation of containers before testing
Replace the closure device with vents with similar closure devices without vents, or block the vents. 6.3.3 Test equipment
Hydraulic dangerous goods packaging testing machine or other test equipment that achieves the same effect. 6.3.4 Test method and test pressure
Fill the tank with water, connect the pressure gauge to the pressure pump and fix it on the tank mouth through the connecting parts. Pressurize the tank to reach the test pressure specified in Table 4, and maintain the pressure for 30 minutes. The method of supporting the container should not invalidate the test results. The test pressure should be applied continuously and evenly.
Criteria for passing the test
All samples should be leak-free.
6.4 Stacking test
6.4.1 Number of test samples
Take 3 test samples for each design model.
6.4.2 Test equipment
According to GB/T4857.3.
6.4.3 Test method and stacking load
Apply a load on the top surface of the test sample, the mass of which is equivalent to the total mass of the same number of packages that may be stacked on it during transportation. If the relative density of the liquid in the test sample is different from that of the liquid to be transported, the load should be calculated according to the latter. The minimum stacking height including the test sample should be 3m. When the intended material is liquid, it should be subjected to a 28d stacking test at a temperature not lower than 40°C. When the intended material is solid, it should be stacked at room temperature for 24h. The calculation of the stacking load is shown in the following formula:
Where:
P is the load applied, in kilograms (kg); H is the stacking height (not less than 3m), in meters (m); h is the height of a single package, in meters (m); M is the gross weight of a single package, in kilograms (kg). 3
GB18191—2008
6.4.4 Criteria for passing the test
The test sample shall not leak, and the test sample shall not be damaged in a way that may affect the safety of transportation, or deformed in a way that may reduce its strength or cause unstable stacking of the package. The sample shall be cooled to ambient temperature before making a judgment. 6.5 Drop test
6.5.1 Number of test samples and drop direction
Take 6 test samples for each design model;
First drop (using 3 samples, each sample is dropped once): the sample shall hit the impact plate obliquely with the convex edge; Second drop (using another 3 samples, each sample is dropped once): the sample shall hit the impact plate with the weakest part that has not been tested in the first drop, such as the closure device or the seam line. 6.5.2 Special preparation of samples
Before the drop test, the temperature of the test sample and its contents shall be reduced to -18°C or lower. The test liquid shall remain in liquid state. Antifreeze may be added if necessary.
6.5.3 Test equipment
Comply with the requirements for test equipment in GB/T4857.5. The freezer (box) shall be able to meet the requirements of 6.5.2. 6.5.4 Drop height
Drop at the height specified in Table 4 or Table 5. 6.5.5 Criteria for passing the test
6.5.5.1 After the internal and external pressures of the sample containing liquid are balanced, there shall be no leakage. 6.5.5.2 For the sample containing solid, the drop test is carried out and its upper end face hits the impact plate. If all the contents remain in the sample, even if the closure device is no longer sieve-proof, the test sample passes the test. 6.5.5.3 When the closure device is impacted, there is a small amount of discharge, but there is no further leakage, and the sample is still considered qualified. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Products delivered should be inspected in batches, and each delivery batch of the same specification and the same formula is a batch. 7.1.2 Inspect in accordance with the provisions of the airtight test in 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3.
