This standard is formulated to meet the needs of the safety of various types of truck-mounted drilling rigs and non-truck-mounted drilling rigs for seismic exploration. This standard is applicable to the operation of onshore oil capsule exploration drilling rigs. This standard specifies the general requirements, functions and operations of seismic drilling rig. Safe operation of driving, maintenance and storage. This standard is applicable to the operation of drilling rigs used in onshore petroleum seismic exploration. 2. Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. 3.1 Operation 1. Personnel should abide by the safety operating rules and regulations. 3.2 Professional technical and safety operation training should be carried out for operators and maintenance personnel. After the examination, certified personnel, apprentices and interns should be supervised by teachers when operating.
3.3 Operators should abide by the work discipline, stick to their posts, and do not do anything unrelated to their job. 3.4
Drilling rig operators should master the necessary survival and rescue skills. 3.5 The overhauled drilling rig should be technically inspected and can only be shipped out of the factory after passing the quality inspection. During driving, no passengers are allowed on the drilling rig.
Cargo shall not be loaded on the drilling rig.
The drilling rig winch shall not be used to lift other heavy objects. 3.8
The exposed rotating parts of the drilling rig shall be equipped with safety protection devices, and the hose of the mountain drilling rig shall not be close to the heat source. The equipment and moving parts shall not be located in places with underground cables and pipelines. When drilling with air, the wellhead should be equipped with a dust cover, and the engine and oil wells should be equipped with dustproof devices. When constructing in cold areas, antifreeze work should be done on equipment, roads, oil lines, water lines, and drilling fluid circulation pipelines. The safety valves and pressure gauges of the air control system, hydraulic system, and drilling fluid circulation system should be calibrated as required. The air, pressure, and drilling fluid systems should be equipped with safety devices to prevent overload and pressure shock. 3.16
The basic instruments and instrumentation installed on the drilling rig should be checked regularly to ensure that they are sensitive, accurate and reliable. Before operation, the contact method should be specified. After work, the number of people should be checked and the site can be evacuated only after all personnel are present. The location where the machine is parked should be away from the water of the high-voltage transmission line. The distance should be greater than 15m. When the drilling rig is operating, non-operating personnel should stay away from the drilling rig. 8. 4.2 The operating handle should be flexible and accurately positioned. 4.3 Check the connectors of each connection part, which should be installed firmly. Focus on checking the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft connecting support, the adjusting bolts of the pressure chain, the bolts on the frame, the power take-off device and the digging mechanism. 1.4 The filters of the engine and air compressor should be clean and unobstructed. The liquid level of the hydraulic oil tank, transmission box (reduction box), air compressor and engine lubricating oil should reach the specified height: 4.5
4.6 The liquid level in the pneumatic three-piece oil cup should reach the specified height. According to the instructions or user manuals provided by the manufacturer, check the pipelines, valves, pipeline joints, screw plugs, window instruments and other accessories of the lubrication, hydraulic, drilling fluid circulation, gas circulation, and air control machine electrical systems along the flow direction to ensure correct and reliable installation. Before the lifting frame, for drilling rigs equipped with winches, it should be ensured that there is no looseness and the wire rope has no wheel groove. 4.8
The special belt between the engine and oil pump and air compressor should be tensioned and in the power connection position. 4.9
4.10 The safety valves of the air, hydraulic and drilling fluid systems should be sensitive and safe. The battery line, oil suction line and tank of the mountain machine should be connected as follows. 4.1

Do not apply external force to the drilling rig
5.12 According to the conditions of the pool, the drilling fluid should be lubricated in time when advancing. During shock drilling, the outer cover of the engine air filter should be cleaned every time. 5.13
5.14 When the square drill pipe is inserted into the six-hole casing, the lower joint thread must not be supported by hand. During the well lifting and lowering process, someone should stand in the sliding room under the square drill pipe. 5.15
5.16 During the drilling fluid circulation drilling, the pressure change of the drilling fluid and the return of the drilling fluid should be observed at any time. 6349-1998
5.17 During air circulation drilling, the changes in the oil pressure of the air compressor and the air pressure of the air tank should be checked at any time. 5.18 During the drilling operation, the drilling pressure and drilling speed should be adjusted in time according to the changes in the surface geological structure: 5.19 When replacing the drill rod, the driller should pay attention to the release direction of the drill tool, the throttle control should not be too large, and it should not be raised or lowered before the drill rod is connected securely.

l\) The brake or transmission system fails; c) The drilling pump or air compressor safety valve fails; d) The air circulation, pneumatic control, and hydraulic system pressure are abnormal; e) The drilling rig instrument is damaged or the display is abnormal:
1) The temperature rise of the machine or hydraulic/special device exceeds the specified value; ) There is gas, drowning, and leakage in the pipeline; h) There is an abnormal sound in a certain part:
$.28 The drilling rig shall not be operated under the following conditions: a) At night, in severe environments such as storms, thunderstorms, strong winds and sand, and foggy days; b) When the system fault has not been completely eliminated.
5.29 After work, the power supply and gas source should be cut off, the fire should be extinguished, and the site should be cleared. 6 Driving
6.1 The driver of the drilling rig and the driving of the drilling rig shall comply with the "Road Traffic Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China". (.2 Before the drilling rig is moved, the derrick should be laid down, the locking plate should be locked, and the hydraulic support feet should be retracted. 6.3 When there are high and low voltage wires and dangerous terrain, safety precautions should be taken. 6.4 When crossing towns, villages, bridges, tunnels and other places, confirm the restriction signs immediately before giving way. 6.5 According to the speed and road conditions, it should maintain an appropriate safety distance from the vehicle in front, and pay attention to the pedestrians and vehicles passing by on the road. Do not drive at high speed.
6.6 When the drilling rig is driving on icy and snowy roads, the tires should be equipped with anti-skid chains and drive slowly to avoid emergency braking. Do not drive at high speed. The same direction should be kept at a distance of more than 80m from the vehicle in front. Stop driving when encountering icy and dangerous roads. 6.7 When the drilling rig is driving on swampy roads, it is not allowed to enter the swamps or muddy sections without investigation. 6.8 When the drilling rig is driving in heavy rain, the road should be observed at all times. Braking should be reduced as much as possible. When driving after rain, the roadbed, tunnels and drainage ditches soaked by heavy rain should be observed, and no one should pass through them. 6.9 When the drilling rig is driving in water network areas, the following regulations should be observed: a) When wading, the vehicle should be driven at a low speed, operated smoothly, and patrolled slowly to avoid parking, changing speed or making sharp turns in the water; b) When wading, the exhaust pipe of the vehicle should be connected to the water surface, and the entrance should be closed; c) Wading should not exceed the maximum wading depth of the vehicle, the wading bed should be solid and reliable, and the wading and exit routes should be selected; 3

d) If stuck in water, do not force the accelerator, but try to tow the vehicle out. 6.10 When driving on roads and construction slopes, the following regulations should be observed immediately: a) The vehicle climbing performance should be taken into consideration, and appropriate gear shift and brake control methods should be adopted. It is not allowed to shut down or coast in neutral; b) When there are many bends and poor visibility, the vehicle should be driven slowly and decelerated in advance; c) When going downhill, attention should be paid to road signs, the direction should be correct, and the vehicle should be driven at a high speed; (l) When drilling on a slope, a suitable point should be selected, the handbrake should be applied, and the cover should be set. 6.11 When driving in desert areas, the following regulations should be observed: a) Drivers entering the desert for the first time should first undergo desert driving training and drive alone before the assessment; b) No special roads should be opened in desert work areas; b) According to the desert terrain conditions, the tire pressure should be adjusted at any time. 6.12 When towing a disabled vehicle, the following provisions shall be observed: a) The towed vehicle shall be driven by a formal driver who is qualified to drive the vehicle of that type; b) A small drilling rig shall not tow a large vehicle; c) Each drilling rig is only allowed to tow one vehicle, and the length of the towing rope shall be between 5 and 7 meters. A hard tow shall be used for towing a vehicle with brake failure, and a vehicle with steering failure shall not be towed. 6.13 Other safety requirements for drilling rigs, desert trailer camping RVs and long-distance relocations shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 to Chapter 9 of SY 5868-93. 6.14 Except for special provisions, the safety requirements for road driving of lead locomotives shall comply with (GB7258.7 Maintenance
When the rig fails, it shall not be stopped on the slope for inspection and repair. 7.1
7.2 When the rig is working, it shall not be repaired or maintained. 7.3 When the hydraulic and control pipelines are damaged, no part of the drilling rig shall be disassembled for maintenance and repair. 7.4 The maintenance of the rig shall be carried out by specialized personnel. 7.5 The maintenance and repair standards shall comply with SY/T6082.
8 Storage
The battery of the rig stored for a long time shall be removed, and it shall be fully protected or stored in a warehouse, and fire prevention measures shall be taken.
