Note: The subject object such as the final product selected when carrying out comprehensive standardization promotion activities. 2.2 standard-complex GB/T12366—2009 A set of standards that coordinate and optimize the relevant indicators and cooperate with each other according to the internal connection or functional requirements of the comprehensive standardization object and its related elements with the goal of achieving the best overall benefits. 2.3 comprehensive standardization complex standardizationIn order to achieve the specified goal, a system analysis method is used to establish a standard complex and implement the standardization activities. 3 Basic principles The standardization work is carried out as a system for the comprehensive standardization object and its related elements, and the scope should be clear and relatively complete. The whole process of comprehensive standardization should be planned and organized, with the overall benefit of the system (including the comprehensive benefits of technology, economy and society) as the best goal, to ensure the overall coordination and optimality, and the local benefits are subject to the overall benefits. The formulation and implementation of various standards in the standard complex should cooperate with each other. The standards included can be of different levels, but the number of standards should be moderate, and the requirements of the lower level should be followed by the higher level between the standards. The current standards should be fully selected, and if necessary, the current standards can be revised or supplemented. Actively adopt international standards and foreign advanced standards. The decomposed target value should be able to ensure the realization of the determined goal, and pay attention to the inheritance of the work process. The target value should generally be quantified and verifiable. A full demonstration should be made on various possible target decomposition schemes to select the best one. 6.2.4.2 Conduct system analysis By analyzing the data, conduct a system analysis of the comprehensive standardization object, find out the various related factors that affect the determined goals, and clarify the internal connections and functional requirements between the comprehensive standardization object and the related factors and the related factors. Reasonably determine the scope of the comprehensive standardization object and its related factors. And draw a diagram of the related factors of the comprehensive standardization object or give a text description to clarify its system relationship. The diagram and text should meet the following requirements: a) clear hierarchy, clear priorities, reasonable structure, and clear scope; b) appropriate selection of related factors and moderate quantity. 6.2.4.3 Select the best solution Predict and comprehensively demonstrate the scientific and technological level, comprehensive quality indicators and comprehensive benefits of the comprehensive standardization object. According to needs and possibilities, reasonably determine the comprehensive scope and depth of the system, and then determine the structure of the standard complex planning according to the work process. List the direct and indirect related majors of the comprehensive standardization object, and compile a related major diagram.
