GB/T19022.1-1994
This standard is equivalent to the international standard IS010012-1 "Quality assurance requirements for measuring equipment - Part 1: Metrological confirmation system for measuring equipment" (revised and reprinted in 1993). IS010012-1 is an important part of the IS09000 family of standards. The IS09000 series of standards has been equivalent to the national standard GB/T19000-92 series of my country. This standard is also equivalent to it in order to unify with it, so as to promote the implementation of the GH/T1900 series of standards and achieve the purpose of improving the management level of measuring equipment. When compiling this standard, the terms such as "measurement", "measuring instrument" and "measurement standard" have been defined when they were converted into GB/T19000--92 series standards according to ISO900D series standards. In order to be consistent with the series standards and take into account the actual situation in the field of metrology in my country, when implementing this standard, the definitions of the above terms and the terms such as "measurement", "measurement instrument" and "measurement standard" used within the scope of the "Measurement Law of the People's Republic of China" can be understood as corresponding and consistent in meaning. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both informative appendices. This standard was proposed by the State Administration of Technical Supervision. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance Standardization. This standard was drafted by the China Institute of Standardization and Information Classification and Coding. The main drafters of this standard are: Li Renliang, Dai Runsheng, Qu Ruojiang and Liao Xiaoqian. GB/T 19022.1—1994
ISOForeword
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation composed of national standard bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of formulating international standards is usually completed by ISO's technical committees. If each member group is interested in the work of a technical committee, it has the right to participate in the committee. International organizations (official or unofficial) that maintain contact with ISO can also participate in the relevant work. In the field of electrotechnical standardization, ISO maintains a close cooperative relationship with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The draft international standard adopted by the technical committee is submitted to the member groups for voting. It must be approved by at least 75% of the member groups participating in the vote before it can be formally adopted as an international standard. The international standard ISO10012-1 was formulated by the ISO/TC176/SC3 Technical Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance Supporting Technical Subcommittee. The general title of ISO10012 is the quality assurance requirements for measuring equipment, which consists of the following parts: Part 1: Validation system for measuring equipment Part 2: Measurement assurance
Appendix A Determination of the recalibration interval of measuring equipment for testing laboratories based on the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OTML) International Document No. 10.
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are for reference only. GB/T19022.1-1994
The terms "demand party" and "supplier party" used in this standard are broad in meaning. A supplier may be a manufacturer, an installer or an organization responsible for providing products or services. A demand party may be a purchasing unit or a customer who uses a product or receives a service. When a supplier purchases a product or receives a service from a supplier or other external unit, the supplier becomes a demand party. Agreements regarding designs, samples (prototypes) of products or services may also apply this standard. This standard may also be applied to other occasions by agreement. This standard may be cited in the following situations
When the demand party specifies the required products or services, and when the supplier specifies the provided products or services: - For the benefit of consumers or fans, or due to the needs of judicial or mediation agencies; laboratory evaluation and review.
This standard includes both requirements and guidelines for implementing the requirements (see Chapter 4). In order to clearly distinguish between requirements and guidelines, in Chapter 4, after each corresponding requirement, the corresponding guidance section is given a subheading "Guidelines". wwW.bzxz.Net
The contents of the "Guide" are for information only and do not contain requirements. The statements given do not supplement, restrict or improve any requirements. Note 1: (omitted).

Part 1: Metrological confirmation system for measuring equipmentPart 1: Metrological confirmation system for measuring equipment1Scope
1.1 This standard contains the supplier's quality assurance requirements for ensuring that measurements meet the expected accuracy. It also includes guidance on the implementation of the requirements. 1.2 This standard specifies the main elements of the supplier's confirmation system for measuring equipment. 1.3 This standard applies to measurement equipment used to verify compliance with a specification, but not to other measurement equipment. This standard does not extensively address other factors that may affect the measurement results, such as measurement methods, personnel capabilities, etc. These issues are more clearly defined in other international standards, such as those referenced in 1.1. 1.4 This standard applies to:
- testing laboratories, including laboratories that provide calibration services, including laboratories that have established a quality system in accordance with ISO/IEC Guide 25 - suppliers whose quality system stipulates that measurement results are used to verify whether their products or services meet the specified requirements, including suppliers whose established quality systems meet the requirements of GB/T 19001, GB/T 19002 and GB/T 19003. The guidance given in GB/T 19004 is also relevant;
other organizations that need to use measurement results to verify whether the requirements of the specification are met. 1.5 The work of the purchaser to review whether the supplier meets the requirements of this standard can be completed by a third party such as an accreditation or certification body. 2 Referenced Standards
This standard references the relevant clauses of the following standards. These standards are valid versions when this standard is issued. All standards are subject to revision, so parties that reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to adopt the latest versions of the following standards as much as possible. IE, and ISO members hold currently valid international standards.
