Other materials of equal or better quality can also be selected, and the use of other materials should also comply with the requirements of tanking and relevant material standards. 4.2.2 The wood used to make the tank body should be dried, and its moisture content should not be greater than 22%. 4.2.3 The inner and outer walls of the wooden tank body must be coated with a protective layer, and the metal parts inside the tank body and the parts inside the tank body that contact the working liquid must be made of acid and alkali resistant materials. Other tank bodies made of non-acid and alkali resistant materials should be coated with an anti-corrosion layer according to process requirements, and corresponding anti-corrosion measures should also be taken on the outside of the tank body. 4.2.4 The surface roughness R of the two supports of the rowing wheel shaft shall not be greater than 3.2um. 4.3 Technical requirements for assembly 4.3.1 Matching parts, purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of meeting quality requirements and can only be used after passing the inspection. 4.3.2 Product assembly shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. 4.3.3 The rowing wheel blades are arranged radially on the rowing wheel axis, and the spacing of each plate is kept evenly hooked, and the angle error shall not be greater than 2°. 4.3.4 After the rowing wheel is assembled, it rotates flexibly and there shall be no jamming. 4.3.5 There shall be no water leakage in any part of the tank. 4.3.6 Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the two bearings of the rowing wheel, the rolling bearing shall not be greater than 40C, and the maximum working temperature shall not be higher than 70C. The sliding bearing shall not be greater than 30C, and the maximum working temperature shall not be higher than 60℃. 4.3.7 The wiring of the electrical system is neat, the joints are firm, the wire numbers are complete, and the protective wire connection is reliable. 4.3.8 All fasteners are firm and not loose. 4.4 Performance of the whole machine 4.4.1 The insulation resistance between each wire of the main circuit and the control circuit and the protective wire shall not be less than 1MQ. 4.4.2 The product must have a safety protection device, and its function must be sensitive and reliable. 4.4.3 The product should have a dedicated sewage outlet. The machine should run smoothly, and all moving parts should be flexible and free of abnormal phenomena. 4.4.4 When the whole machine is running at no load, its noise sound power level: specifications are 500~5000kg, not exceeding 85dB: 8000~~15000kg, not exceeding 4.4.5 90dB; 20000~-30000kg, not exceeding 95dB. 4.4.6 No-load power test: When the whole machine is running at no load, the power value shall not be greater than 40% of the rated power of the motor. 253 4.5 Work qualitybZxz.net QB/T2230--1996 The leather processed by this machine is clean, free of impurities, dyed and pickled evenly, and the leather board is soft and wrinkle-free. 5 Test method 5.1 Test conditions: The ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40℃. 5.2 The leather used for load test shall be leather that meets the relevant quality standards. 5.3 Use a stopwatch, steel tape measure and sensory inspection for each item in Table 3. 5.4 For the wood species in 4.2.1, refer to GB/T143.1 and GB/T4813.1 for sensory inspection, and the wood grade shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T153.2, GB/T4817.2 and GB/T4822.3. 5.5 For 4.2.2, use a wood moisture meter to inspect before assembling the tank. 5.6 Test 4.2.4 with a surface roughness comparison plate or a surface roughness measuring instrument. 5.7 Test 4.3.3 with an angle ruler. 5.8 Test 4.3.6 with a surface thermometer. 5.9 Test 4.3.7 and 4.4.1 in accordance with the relevant provisions of 5.1.10.1 and 13.1 of GB/T5226-1992. 5.10 Test 4.4.5 in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB7612. 5.11 Test 4.4.6 with a power meter or an ammeter or a voltmeter. 5.12 Test 4.5 by experience and sensory inspection. 5.13 Test the remaining items by sensory inspection. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Each product must be inspected before it leaves the factory. The inspection items are the items specified in Articles 3.3.4.2.3, 4.3.3~~4.3.8.4.4 of this standard. 6.1.2 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department according to Article 6.1.1 before it leaves the factory. The product can only be shipped after the product certificate is issued. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a) When the product is transferred to the factory for production: b) After formal production, if there are major changes in materials, structure, and process that affect product performance: c) When the product is discontinued for more than two years and production is resumed, d) During normal production, every 100 units accumulated; e) When there is a major difference between the factory inspection and the last type inspection results: f) When the state and relevant quality supervision departments propose to conduct type inspection. 6.2.2 The type inspection items are all the contents specified in Chapter 4 of this standard. 6.2.3 The type inspection samples shall be randomly selected from 10% of the products that have passed the factory inspection in the current batch, but shall not be less than 1 unit. 6.2.4 If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted to inspect the unqualified items. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Each product shall be equipped with a product label in a conspicuous position, which shall include: a) Manufacturer's name: b) Product name, model and main technical parameters;254 iiKAoNiKAca c) Factory number and manufacturing date; d) Trademark. QB/T 2230-1996 7.1.2 After the product is packaged, the standard number shall be marked in an obvious position. 7.2 Packaging The packaging shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8 and be accompanied by the following documents: a) Product certificate, b) Instructions for use: c) Packing list: d) List of accessories. 7.3 Transportation During transportation and loading and unloading, the product shall be placed with care and is strictly prohibited from being inverted.
