3 Models and basic parameters
3.1 The model compilation of the laminating machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T127833.2 The basic parameters of the laminating machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

4 Technical requirements
HG/T2391-92
4.1 The laminating machine shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The elastic pressing machine shall be able to ensure the pressure and elasticity required for the laminating of the cord layer and shall have a reset function. 4.3 The elastic pressing machine shall be driven by a buffer cylinder, and its pressure shall be adjustable. The left and right driving cylinders shall be equipped with a synchronization device to ensure balanced pressing.
4.4 The pneumatic pipeline and lubricating oil pipeline should be unobstructed and must not be blocked or leaking. 4.5 The active roller and elastic pressure roller of the laminating machine should match each other after assembly. 4.6 The appearance quality of the laminating machine should comply with the provisions of HG/T5--1541. 4.7 The painting quality of the laminating machine should comply with the provisions of ZB/TG95010. 5 Safety requirements
5.1 The laminating machine should be equipped with emergency stop and elastic pressure roller reset devices. 5.2 The electronic control system should comply with the provisions of GB4064. 5.3 The foot switch should have the necessary spark sealing device and protective device. , 5.4 The noise sound pressure level of the laminating machine during idling operation shall not exceed 80dB (A), and shall not exceed 82dB (A) during load operation. 6 Test methods
6.1 Idle operation test
6.1.1 After the whole machine is qualified for general assembly inspection, it shall be subjected to no less than 10 operation cycle tests according to the cord laminating process. 6.1.2 The following items shall be checked during the idling operation test: According to the requirements of Articles 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5 of this standard, check the assembly accuracy and performance of the laminating machine a.
b. Check the emergency stop safety device according to the requirements of Article 5.1, c. Detect the noise sound pressure level during idling operation according to the requirements of Article 5.4, and the detection method shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2108. 6.2 Load operation test
6.2.1 Load operation test can be carried out only after the idling test is passed. 6.2.2 Load test is carried out in the factory. Each product must undergo a continuous load operation test with no less than 5 cord rolls attached. 6.2.3 During the load operation test, the sound pressure level of the whole machine shall be tested according to Article 5.4. The testing method shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2108. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory. 7.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 4.6, 4.7 and 6.1 and shall comply with their provisions. 7.1.3 Each product shall be inspected and passed by the quality inspection department of the manufacturing unit before leaving the factory. The product certificate shall be attached when leaving the factory. 7.2 Type Inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this standard and shall comply with its provisions. 7.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out for new products or trial production of old products in the factory when any of the following situations occurs: a.
The product has major changes in design, structure, material and process that may affect performance; b.
The product has been discontinued for more than three years and is being produced again; in batch production, one unit shall be sampled for inspection every three years; d.
7.2.3 When a product fails the random inspection, two units shall be sampled for inspection again. If one unit still fails, the reason shall be found out and the batch of products shall be inspected one by one.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
HG/T 2391
&1A product label shall be fixed in a conspicuous position on the front of each product. The type, size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB8.
The basic content of the product label should include:
Manufacturer name;
Product name; "
Manufacturing standard;
Product model and mark;
Manufacturing date, factory number,
8.3 The packaging quality of the laminating machine shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543. 8.4
The packaging and transportation marks of the laminating machine shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388. The laminating machine should be stored in a rainproof, dry and ventilated place and be kept in a proper place. 8.5
9 Others
If the user complies with the relevant requirements of this standard on transportation, storage, installation and use, and unpacks and accepts the product within 6 months after arrival, the manufacturer shall bear a warranty period of 12 months from the date of arrival of the product.
