This standard is a revision of ZBJ11001-87 "Technical conditions for rolling bearings for railway locomotive". Compared with ZBJ11001, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: 1. The bearing model has been revised;

This standard replaces ZBJI1001-87 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
Appendix B of this standard is a reminder appendix.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rolling Bearings. The drafting units of this standard are Luoyang Bearing Research Institute and Dalian Diesel Locomotive Research Institute of the Ministry of Railways. The main drafters of this standard are Li Dean, Quan Zhongtai and Chen Yuan. This standard was first issued in 1975. It was revised to GB1589-81 for the first time in 1981 and revised for the second time in 1987. This is the second revision.

This standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules of rolling bearings for railway locomotives (hereinafter referred to as bearings).
This standard applies to production inspection by manufacturers and user acceptance. 2

3.1.1Technical requirements such as bearing tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB/T307.1, GB/T307.3, JB/3370 and product drawings approved by the competent department of the manufacturer. The dimensions and tolerances of the rolling elements used in the bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB/308 or GB/T4661.Bearing dimensions, models, and radial clearance values ​​are listed in Appendix A (Standard Appendix). 3.1.2 The working and mating surfaces of the bearing rings and rolling elements must be smooth and free of defects such as wear, scratches, pressure pits, rust, etc. For stamping and solid cages, pockets are not allowed to squeeze rolling elements; loose rivet heads, chiseling and misalignment of rivet heads, misalignment of two half cages, and obvious pressure and scratches are not allowed.

3.1.3 The inner chamfer of the locomotive axle box bearings, the axle bearings of the axle gearbox of diesel locomotives and electric passenger cars, and the connection between the inner ring chamfer and the inner cylindrical surface should have a smooth transition and no sharp edges.
3.1.4 Chrome plating is not allowed on the bearing mating surface. 3.1.5 Locomotive axle box bearings NNQP4232X2Q1/S0 and NNP4232X2Q1/S0. The fastening bolts of the cage shall not be loose, and the anti-loosening gasket shall be safe and reliable; the gasket shall not extend out of the outer plane of the cage after bending. 3.2 The materials of the bearing rings and rolling elements shall be selected from ZGCrI5, vacuum degassed GCr15 and bearing steel that meets the requirements of YB9 according to their different use parts.
3.3 Tempering temperature
3.3.1 For bearings made of GCr15 steel, the rings of bearings with the supplementary code S0 shall be tempered at 200℃ and the rollers at 180℃; the surface hardness of both shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of JB/T12551991. 3.3.2 In order to eliminate grinding stress and stabilize the size, the rings of bearings with the supplementary code S0 shall be tempered at 180℃ after rough grinding.
3.4 ​​Bearing structure and dimensional tolerance
3.4.1 The roller generatrix of cylindrical and tapered roller bearings with inner diameter d greater than or equal to 70mm is convex or modified convex; the inner ring raceway generatrix shape of the bearing at the transmission end of the armature shaft of the traction motor shall be manufactured according to the drawings agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. 3.4.2 For QJ0000 type four-point contact ball bearings, in addition to meeting the dimensional tolerances specified in the product drawings, the difference dms1-dm2 between the average inner diameters of the single plane of the two half inner rings of the same bearing and the difference BB between the single widths of the two half inner rings shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 1. 3.4.3 Grouped interchangeable bearings include the bearings listed in Table A3 of Appendix A and traction motor bearings NU426Q1/C9S0, NU426Q1/P69SO, NUP417Q1/C9S0, NJ328EQ1/C9S0, NU330EQ1/C9S0, NJ318EQ1/C9S0+HJ318, NJ330EQ1/C9S0. The separable rings of the same type and the same group of bearings should be interchangeable. The group codes H, M, L or HP, LP indicating the upper, middle, lower or upper and lower half of the clearance distribution range are added after the clearance code, such as C9H, P69M, C9LP.... Note: Group interchangeability refers to the cylindrical roller bearings that do not belong to the interchangeable radial clearance. The separable rings of the same type and the same group of bearings are interchangeable and their rotation accuracy and radial clearance are all qualified. 3.4.4 In order to utilize the locomotive axles and diesel engine crankshafts after the journals are ground down, subscribers can centrally order bearings or inner rings with a diameter reduced by 0.5~2mm (for locomotive axles, four grades are allowed) or 0.5~! mm (for diesel engine crankshafts, two grades are allowed) from the bearing manufacturer or professional parts factory; the models are in accordance with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3. 4.1 The measurement method of bearing tolerance shall comply with GB/T307.2, and the measurement of bearing clearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3573. 4.2 The quality inspection of bearing rings and rolling elements after heat treatment shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T1255. The sleeves and rollers must be 100% inspected in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B of JB/T1255-1991. 4.3 The axial clearance of QJ0000 four-point contact ball bearings is measured by moving the outer ring to the upper and lower limit positions as shown in Figure 1. 4.4 The AQL value and inspection level of the inspection items such as the finished bearing size tolerance, rotation accuracy, part hardness and surface roughness, the number of sampling sets (pieces) and the method of judging whether they are qualified or not shall all be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T8921. 5 Marking, rust prevention and packaging
5.1 Marking
In addition to the markings specified in JB/T3574, for bearings manufactured according to this standard, the bearing model and supplementary code shall be mechanically printed on the ring end face where the bearing should be printed. The inner and outer ring end faces of group-interchangeable bearings shall be marked with the group code by chemical or electrolytic method in accordance with the provisions of 3.4.3, with a spacing of 5 characters from the model. 5.2 Rust prevention and packaging
Bearings manufactured according to this standard shall be rust-proofed and packaged internally and externally in accordance with the provisions of GB/T307.3, JB/T3034, JB/T3016 and JB/T3017.
5.3For all group-interchangeable bearings and cylindrical roller bearings for locomotive axle boxes, the separable rings shall be packaged separately (referring to the plastic film or packaging paper packaging close to the bearing).
5.4 The outer packaging should be packed in cartons (according to JB/T3017) or wooden boxes (according to JB/T3016) according to the size of the bearing. The bearing model and group code (referring to the bearings specified in 5.3) should be marked on the obvious part of the carton or wooden box. Serial number
