Static working surface 3.3When working under the condition of protective gas filling, the protective gas pressure shall not exceed 5×10*Pa. 3.4The physical and mechanical properties of the rubber material shall ensure that the vacuum chamber pressure is not higher than 1×10-4Pa. 3.5The working surface of the J-type vacuum rubber seal ring shall be flat and smooth, and no bubbles, impurities, uneven defects are allowed. The appearance quality indicators of its non-working surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 3.6For accessories and installation structure types, please refer to Appendix A (reference part).
