The cylinder head shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The material and allowable defects of the cylinder head shall comply with the provisions of JT9742. 3.3 The tolerance zone of the main parts of the cylinder, the form and position tolerance and the surface roughness 3.31 Tolerance zone ) The tolerance zone of the valve guide hole is H7 in BT1801-1S79: b】Valve! It shall not be replaced completely. 3.5 The unprocessed outer surface of the cylinder head shall be painted. The brand and color shall be in accordance with the product sample regulations. The warranty period of the cylinder head shall not be less than the warranty period of the internal combustion engine. 3.6 4 Inspection rules 4. The cylinder head shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and a product certificate shall be issued by the Xinengshan Factory. 4. The cylinder head should be analyzed regularly to check the inner cavity. 4.3 When the ordering unit randomly checks the cylinder, it should be selected according to GB/T2828. The specific details shall be agreed upon by the ordering unit and the manufacturer: 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5. 1 The cylinder head should be marked with: ) Manufacturer name or factory logo: 6) Part number: Manufacturing approval number The location, size and method of marking shall be as specified in the product drawing. 5.2 The cylinder head shall have a product certificate signed by the inspector. The certificate shall indicate: a) the name, factory mark and address of the manufacturer; b) the model of the internal combustion engine, the name of the parts and the part number; c) the date of inspection; 5.3 The outer surface of the packaging box shall indicate: a) the name, factory mark and address of the manufacturer; b) the model of the internal combustion engine and the name of the parts; c) the date of packing, gross weight and quantity; d) the address of the receiving unit. 5.4 The packaging mark shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB191. The paint and ink of different colors shall be correctly selected and used, and accurately marked on the box surface. 5. After the cylinder head is manufactured into a finished product, it must be disinfected and rust-proofed before it can be packaged. The packaging shall also have rainproof measures to ensure that the cylinder head is not damaged during storage and transportation. Special requirements can be agreed upon by the ordering unit and the manufacturer. 5. After packaging, the cylinders should be stored in a ventilated, dry and corrosive-free warehouse. Under the correct storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the cylinders will not rust within 12 months from the date of shipment.
