Technical requirements
The material is 35CrM. When the torque requirements of Table 2 are met, other materials can also be used. The materials should comply with the regulations of GB3077. 5.1
5.2 The thread tolerance is 6g+ and should comply with the provisions of GB196 and GB197. 5.3 The screw tolerance should comply with the provisions of Class A in GB3103.1. 5.4 The surface is oxidized.
5.5 Tooth end screw, the end teeth are spiral teeth, and the body size is negotiated by the user and the manufacturer. The mechanical properties are in accordance with the provisions of 45H grade in GB3098.3. Torque requirements are shown in Table 2.5.6
