JB/T5055-2001
This standard is a revision of JB/T5055-1991 "Basic procedure for design and development of new products in machinery industry" based on the needs of product design management and implementation of computer-aided design (CAD). The main changes are as follows: 1. In order to coordinate with the GB/T19000 family of standards, the standard name is changed to "Basic procedure for design and development of machinery products in machinery industry" and the relevant definitions are adjusted accordingly, such as canceling "new product" and "new product development and design" and including "product design and development" and "basic procedure". In addition, the work procedures of the decision-making stage of the third model have added "review of product-related requirements" and stipulated the specific requirements in the work content; the first model has also added "review of product-related requirements and related requirements" in the development decision-making stage. In addition, the "continuous improvement stage" has been added, and the work stages of the basic procedure have been changed from four to five. 2. In order to coordinate with the revised JB/T5054.5--2000 "Integrity of Product Drawings and Design Documents", the compilation of relevant content has been adjusted accordingly. For example, the summary of the market forecast report, technical research report, and feasibility analysis report in the "development decision" of the first model has been changed from a detailed description to "according to the provisions of JB/T5054.5." 3. In order to meet the requirements of parallel design, the "process procedures and tooling design" in the original prototype trial production is placed in the "working drawing design" for completion.
4. In view of the relevant "design review "The content has been included in JB/T5054.5. This standard cancels the definition of design review and the provisions of related requirements. According to the provisions of the GB/T19000 family of standards, its name is changed from "design review" to "design and development review". This standard replaces JB/T5055--1991 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Technical Products Documents. Drafting units of this standard: China Machinery Industry Standardization Technical Association, Beijing No. 2 Machine Tool Plant, Harbin Boiler Co., Ltd., Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Meng Xianpei, Zhang Xiafeng, Liu Baozhu, Zhuang Guogang, Dai Huiming, etc. This standard was first issued in May 1991, and this is the first revision. 3.1 Product design and development design and development of products A set of processes that convert requirements into specified characteristics or specifications of products, processes or systems. From market research and review to product finalization, production and continuous improvement. 3.2 Basic procedure basic procedure
The basic way to carry out an activity or process. 4 Basic procedures for product design and development
4.1 The basic procedures for product design and development generally include the following stages: a) Decision-making stage. It is a work stage in which feasibility studies are conducted on market demand, technological development, production capacity, economic benefits, etc., including necessary preliminary tests and (or) reviews of product-related requirements, and development decisions are made. b) Design stage. It is a work stage in which all product drawings and design documents are compiled (drawn) through analysis and selection of product structure, materials, and processes, design calculations, and necessary tests. JB/T5055—2001
c) Trial production stage. It is a work stage in which the correctness of product drawings, design documents, technical documents, and tooling drawings, the applicability and reliability of products, and product identification are verified through trial production and testing of products. Trial production can include prototype (product) trial production and small batch trial production. d) Finalized production stage. It is a stage in which processes and tooling are finalized and production and manufacturing are carried out. For the design and development of certain products (such as automobiles, tractors, etc.) produced in large quantities, a "trial production stage" can be added before final production.
e) Continuous improvement stage. It is a stage of work that realizes the continuous development of product quality and improves the applicability of products by understanding and mastering the quality information and user requirements in processing, assembly, storage, transportation and use, timely summarizing, analyzing and processing, conducting necessary tests, and timely improving and improving.
4.2 According to the type of product and its production, the basic procedures for product design and development recommend three modes: the first mode is shown in Table 1; the second mode is shown in Table 2; the third mode is shown in Table 3. Enterprises can choose according to their production type, product nature (such as basic type, derivative), etc., and can appropriately increase, decrease, and adjust the work procedures and content. Formulate the work procedures for product design and development of the enterprise. 4.1.1 The first mode is generally applicable to mass-produced products or basic products. Table 1
