5 Technical requirements
5.1 General technical requirements

5, 1.1 Complete equipment should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The motors and other auxiliary machines of the complete equipment should meet the requirements of relevant standards. 5.1.3 Parts that are in direct contact with raw materials and starch should be made of non-toxic, odorless materials that do not affect the quality of starch. 5.1.4 The screens selected for the complete equipment should meet the requirements of GB3943, and the wire screen and synthetic fiber screen should meet the requirements of GB5330 and GB2014 respectively.
5.1.5 The rotor of the crushing equipment and the main rotating parts of other single machines shall be subjected to balancing tests according to relevant standards. 5.1.6 The machined surface of the machined parts shall not have defects such as rust, knocks, collisions, scratches, etc., and the burrs shall be removed. The limit deviation of the dimensions without tolerances on the drawing shall not be lower than the provisions of ZB/TB90008.1. The limit deviation of the shape and position tolerances on the drawing shall not be lower than the provisions of Class C in GB1184.
5.1.7 Castings shall comply with the provisions of GB5612 and GB9439, and the dimensional tolerance of castings shall not be lower than the provisions of Class CT12 in ZB/TB90008.2.
5.1.8 Stamping parts shall not have defects such as cracks, wrinkles, flash, obvious pull marks, etc. The limit deviation of the dimensions without tolerances shall not be lower than the provisions of Class C in ZB/TB90008.3.
5.1.9 The welds of welded parts shall be firm, continuous and uniform, and shall not have defects such as cracks, inclusions, incomplete penetration, burn-through, and leaking welds. The limit deviation of dimensions without tolerance shall not be lower than the provisions of Class C in ZB/TB90008.5. 5.1, 10 Forgings shall not have forging defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, overburning, and scarring. 5.1.11 Riveted parts shall be firm, the rivet caps shall fit tightly with the metal surface, and the rivets shall not be loose or skewed. 5.1.12 The appearance of sheet metal parts shall be flat, without obvious distortion, cracks, wrinkles, convex and concave phenomena, the bite shall be firm, and the welding shall be tight. 5.1.13 The plating layer of electroplated parts shall be firm and uniform, and shall not have peeling, spots, and blistering. 5.2 Technical requirements for general assembly
5.2.1 The parts and components of each unit of the complete set of equipment and the outsourced parts must be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled. Each unit must be inspected and qualified, and the purchased parts must have a product factory certificate.
http://foodmate.net5.2.2 The installation of the complete set of equipment should be able to ensure the processing requirements of potato starch, and it should be safe to operate and easy to maintain. 5.2.3 The complete set of equipment should be reasonably laid out and firmly installed: the joints of the connecting pipes are not allowed to leak: the productivity and power matching between each unit should be reasonable.
5.2.4 After the complete set of equipment is assembled, a no-load operation test of no less than 30 minutes should be carried out. During the test, the equipment should run smoothly, flexibly, without abnormal noise, and the connecting fasteners should not be loose. 5.2.5 The exposed rotating parts that endanger personal safety must have safety protection covers; the main rotating working parts should indicate the direction of rotation. 5.2.6 The lubrication of each lubrication part should be reliable and there should be no oil leakage. 5.2.7 The maximum operating temperature of the bearing of the complete set of equipment shall not exceed 75℃. 5.2.8 The quality of the paint coating on the surface of the complete set of equipment shall comply with the provisions of NJ/Z3, and the surface of each single machine working in a humid environment shall be coated with a water-resistant coating. 5.2.9 The electrical and control equipment of the complete set of equipment must be safe and reliable, the metal casing must be firmly grounded, and each motor working in a humid environment must have moisture-proof and waterproof measures.
6 Test methods
The performance test and production methods of the complete set of equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5686. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Inspection items
It shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 5.2.4 to 5.2.9 of this standard.
7.2.2 Inspection rules
When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling batch and the acceptable quality level (AQL) value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 7.3 Type inspection
7.3.1 Type inspection shall generally be carried out in any of the following situations. a. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b. During normal production, an inspection shall be carried out periodically after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; c. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension: d.When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: e. Trial production and finalization of new products or old products for production conversion; f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.3.2 The type inspection items are all technical contents of this standard. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 The label of the complete set of equipment shall comply with the provisions of JB8 and be fixed in a conspicuous position. The label content includes: a: Manufacturer name:

8.2 Each unit in the complete set of equipment should generally be packaged separately. All external surfaces should be cleaned before packaging, and the exposed processing surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. The product packaging should ensure that it is not damaged or damp during normal loading and unloading and transportation, and that the random technical documents, spare parts and accessories are not lost. The product shall be packed in appropriate materials and methods after consultation between the supply and demand parties, under conditions suitable for transportation, loading and unloading and ensuring the integrity of the product. 8.3 Random technical documents
