JB/T6133—92 This standard applies to baggage packers for stacking bagged goods in groups in the petrochemical, chemical, building materials, grain, transportation and other departments. This standard does not apply to equipment such as road stackers that do not form handling units for warehouse palletizing. 2 Types and codes 2.1 Slide plate type H Use a slide plate to stack the bagged items in the high-level layer layer by layer onto the pallet directly below. 2.2 Air cushion platform type Q Use an air cushion platform to stack the bagged items in the high-level layer layer by layer onto the pallet directly below. 2.3 Roller platform type G Use a roller platform to stack the bagged items in the high-level layer layer by layer onto the pallet directly below. 2.4 Fork type C Use a fork to stack the bagged items in the high-level layer layer by layer onto the pallet at the side and below. 2.5 Low platform type D Use a slide plate to stack the bagged items in the low-level layer layer by layer onto the pallet at the side. 2.6 Robot type J The arrangement and stacking of bagged items are performed by a robot according to a predetermined program. 2.7 Semi-automatic B The arrangement of bagged articles is done manually, and the stacking and other operations are done automatically by the equipment. 3 Basic parameters 3.1 Packing capacity The packing capacity of the packing machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The effective length of the packaging bag after filling and sealing is 1.5 times the width. 3.3 Weight per bag The weight of each bag of bagged items used with the palletizer is 25, (40).50, 100kg. Note: The brackets are not recommended. 3.4 Pallet size The size of the pallet used with the palletizer should comply with the requirements of Table 2.
