Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T 6772 -1993 Silver-graphite brush Published on August 21, 1993 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on October 1, 1993 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China 1 Main Content and Scope of Application JB/T 6772 - 1993 This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements of silver-graphite brushes. This standard applies to silver-graphite brushes, which are sliding contacts that import or export current on motors or contact rings. 2 Reference standards GB12970.4 GB1994.14 GB2828 ZBK10001 JB2623 JB/T6773 3 Product classification Copper brush wirebzxZ.net Connection resistance between brush body and flexible wire Test methods for physical and chemical properties of carbon products Pull-out force of brush flexible wire Test methods for physical and chemical properties of carbon products Volume density Test methods for physical and chemical properties of carbon products Batch inspection Counting sampling procedures and sampling tables Classification and model compilation methods of carbon graphite products Dimensions and structural types of electric motors Test methods for resistivity of metal graphite products The product classification and model compilation of silver graphite brushes comply with the provisions of ZBK10001. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The connection resistance at the connection between the brush body and the flexible wire, and the pull-out force of the brush soft wire shall comply with the provisions of JB2623 or the drawing. 4.2 When the finished brush r size is less than 21mm, the standard sample can be pressed before mass production and inspected according to Article 4.9. 4.3 The use altitude of J366 brushes shall not exceed 12000m. 4.4 The material structure of the brush must be uniform, and there should be no cracks, oxidation, blistering, delamination and foreign inclusions that affect the performance. The outer dimensions and tolerances of the brush shall comply with the provisions of the drawing. 4.6 The edges and corners of the non-matching surfaces of the brush and the brush holder are allowed to have corners and notches with a depth of no more than 0.5mm. When the cross-section of the brush is less than 4×5mm, corners and notches with a depth of no more than 0.2mm are allowed. 4.7 The copper coating of the brushes to be plated should be dense, uniform, and close to the surface of the brushes, and should not have obvious oxidation or corrosion. 4.8 The performance of the brush flexible wiring should comply with the provisions of GB12970.4. The performance of the brushes should comply with the provisions of the following table. Silver graphite electrode performance table Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on August 21, 1993 Resistivity μ·m Basic value Fluctuation rate ±% Bulk density g/em2 Basic value Fluctuation rate ±% Implementation on October 1, 1993 Test method JB/T6772-1993 Resistivity·m Basic value Check the product appearance by visual inspection, Fluctuation rate ±% Bulk density g/cm3 Basic value 2Check the product size with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm and a micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01mm. Fluctuation rate ±% 5.3 The connection resistance at the connection between the brush body and the flexible wiring, the pull-out force of the brush flexible wiring and the volume density shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB1994.5, GB1994.6 and GB1994.14. The volume density sample size is mm: 3X4X21. The resistivity shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6773. 5.4 Inspection rules Factory inspection shall be carried out by the inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.2 When inspecting according to Articles 4.1 and 4.9 of this standard, the sampling method shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828, using the normal inspection double sampling plan, special inspection level S-2, and qualified quality level AQL=4.0. 6.3 The appearance and size of the brush shall be 100% inspected. In the industry spot check or assessment, the normal inspection single sampling plan, general inspection level I, and qualified quality level AQL=2.5 shall be adopted. 6.4 The inspection of brush performance shall be based on the inspection results of semi-finished products, and no factory inspection shall be carried out. 5 For batches of products that fail the inspection, the manufacturer is allowed to take process measures to eliminate the defects and resubmit for inspection. 6.5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage When the size of the brush t or a is greater than 3mm, the brush model or code should be clearly engraved on the brush body. The inspection department of the manufacturer shall issue a certificate of conformity for brushes that pass the inspection. It shall indicate: a. Manufacturer name; Product name; Model and specification; Batch number: Quantity; Factory date; Special stamp of full-time inspector and technical inspection department. The brush should be packed with moisture-proof paper or plastic bags and then put into a paper box. The box should be placed in a sturdy wooden box with moisture-proof paper, and the surrounding area should be filled with paper eyebrows to prevent vibration or stringing. When transporting, load and unload carefully, and avoid collision and rain. The storage of brushes should meet the storage requirements of supporting special equipment. The general storage period is ten years, which starts from the date on the quality certificate issued by the manufacturer. JB/T 6772 -1993 Electric brushes should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to avoid moisture and dirt.
