This standard specifies the basic structure, track size, track pitch, drive pair size, transmission part size, drive form and other parameters of the rubber track of the grain combine harvester (hereinafter referred to as rubber track) and the calculation method of the drive wheel. This standard is applicable to the rubber track of the grain combine harvester with a machine weight of 360 to 4400kg operating in wet and soft paddy fields. Other products can refer to it for implementation.

2.2 The rubber crawler shall be a ring-shaped seamless crawler consisting of a rubber belt body, a transmission body, a steel wire rope and a fabric. 2.3 The transmission parts of the rubber crawler shall be metal components. 3 Rubber crawler dimensions
The width B of the rubber crawler and the weight range of the applicable machinery shall conform to the provisions of Table 1 and Figure 2. 3.1

3.2 The thickness H of the rubber track can be designed and determined according to the weight and driving torque requirements of the combine harvester. Each width dimension of the track can be designed into several thicknesses of tracks according to the weight range of the applicable machine. 3.3 The pattern of the rubber track should be selected and designed according to the driving and steering performance and walking stability performance requirements of the combine harvester. 3.4 The height h of the rubber track pattern should be selected and designed according to the field operation conditions. 4 Driving form of rubber track
The rubber track can adopt two driving forms: wheel hole or wheel tooth as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4. 4.1 The hole-type driving wheel is a simple hole-type driving wheel. There is a transmission lug on the transmission part of the rubber track. The wheel hole and the transmission lug are meshed for driving (see Figure 3).

4.2 The tooth-type driving wheel is a toothed driving wheel. A rectangular transmission hole is provided between the rubber track transmission parts. The gear teeth are meshed for driving (see Figure 4).

5 Dimensions of rubber belt transmission parts
The main dimensions of the rubber track transmission parts shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Figure 5. Table 2
