Some standard content:

QB/T 1695—2000
This standard is a revision of QB/T1695--1993 "Vacuum Paste Making Machine". The main differences in technical content between this standard and the previous version are as follows: - The electrical and safety requirements are changed from "complying with the provisions of GB/T5226" to adopting several specific provisions of GB/T5226.1-1996, see 4.3
Inspection classification and judgment rules are added to the inspection rules, see Chapter 6; the relevant provisions belonging to quality management and contract requirements are cancelled. From the date of implementation of this standard, the industry standard QB/T1695-1993 "Vacuum Paste Making Machine" issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry is abolished. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Light Industry Machinery. The drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Light Industry Machinery Factory No. 2. The main drafters of this standard: Zhou Guoliang and Wu Mingjiang. 291
