When the pressure gauge value reaches the maximum safe pressure, maintain the pressure for 1 minute, then open the exhaust valve to relieve pressure. 6.2.6 Safety of lid closing (except drop-lid type and pressure-lid type) test steps:
a. Carry out according to a and b in 6.2.1:
b. Close the lid and let the pot The body and pot lid are not in place; place the pot on the electric stove to heat:
c.
d.
When the exhaust pipe of the pressure limiting valve is continuously exhausted , lower the pressure limit valve body e. Continuously observe the pressure gauge value for 120 seconds.
6.2.7 Safety of opening cover (except drop cover type and gland type) test steps:
a. Carry out according to 6.2.1 a and b;
Special for installation Upper handle;
b.
c.
Close the pot lid so that the pot body and lid are in the locked state, and proceed according to 6.2.6 c and d;| |tt||d.
e.
f.
When the pressure in the pot reaches above 5kPa, remove the pot from the heating appliance and place it in a special protective cover; fix the lower handle , when the pressure in the pot drops to 5kPa, use a dynamometer to add a 100N pulling force to the end of the special upper handle perpendicular to the center line of the upper handle in the horizontal direction.
