3.1 Basic provisions
3.1.1 The design, manufacture, installation and use of Ferris wheel shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard and GB8408. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on July 31, 2000 - TKAoNrKAca -

3.1.2 Operation shall be stopped in bad weather or when the wind speed is greater than 15 m/h. 3.1.3 The circumferential speed and dynamic load coefficient of the Ferris wheel shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of 4.1.1 of GB8408-2000. 3.1.4 The rated load of the Ferris wheel is calculated as 70 kg per person. 3.1.5 The bearings and contact surfaces with relative motion shall have lubrication measures and be easy to add lubricants. Oil droplets are not allowed to form; oil shall not seep from the parts without relative motion. Test under rated load. 3.1.6 The temperature rise of the end cover of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 30℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 65℃. The temperature rise at the oil hole of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. Under rated load, the test shall be conducted after the heating is stable. 3.1.7 The whole machine of the Ferris wheel shall operate normally, and no creeping, abnormal vibration, impact, swing, heating and sound are allowed. 3.1.8 The seasonal components of the Ferris wheel shall have sufficient strength and rigidity, and their connections shall be firm and reliable. 3.1.9 The allowable values ​​of wear and corrosion of important shafts and pins shall comply with the provisions of Table 11 of 7.12 in GB8408-2000. 3.1.10 The materials of important parts must have a factory certificate of conformity. Otherwise, samples shall be taken for testing, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties shall comply with relevant standards.
3.1.11 Standard electromechanical equipment shall be reasonably selected and shall have a product certificate of conformity 1 Non-standard electromechanical equipment shall be used only after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department.
3.1.12 Fiberglass parts
a) Defects such as poor impregnation, bubbles, stratification of cut surfaces, and uneven thickness are not allowed! h) The surface is not allowed to have cracks, damage, obvious repair marks, exposed fabric texture, wrinkles, unevenness, inconsistent color and other defects. The transition at the corners should be smooth;

3.1.13 Bolt and pin connection
a) When bolts are used to connect parts, measures should be taken to prevent loosening; b) When pins are used to connect parts, measures must be taken to prevent falling off. 3.1.14 Welding connection

a) The welding rod used for manual welding shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5117, GB/T 5118 and GB/T 983. The type of welding rod should be adapted to the material of the main component and the type of load on the weld; b) The basic type and size of the welded joint should comply with the provisions of GB985: c) The weld should not have defects such as leaking, burning through, cracks, pores, slag inclusions, incomplete penetration, severe undercuts, etc. All weld bumps, slag, etc. should be cleaned up.
3.1.15 Important parts and key welds must be inspected by flaw detection. 3.1.16 In various tests, parts should not have permanent deformation and damage. Stress testing should be carried out when necessary. 3.1.17 The service life of various wearing parts should generally not be less than 6 months under the condition of positive belt operation. 3.1.1B The nameplate and the production license mark and number must be fixed at a prominent position on the Ferris wheel. The nameplate content shall at least include the manufacturer's name, product name, product model or mark, and manufacturing date or number. 3.1.19 Mobile Ferris wheels should comply with the provisions of 4.20 of GB8408-2000. 3.1.20 The flying carpet should not produce obvious movement during operation, and the arm movement should be coordinated and reliable. 3.1.21 The spacecraft cabin should not be stuck when rotating. 3.2 Foundation
3.2.7 The Ferris wheel must be constructed according to the design drawings, and it can only be installed after confirming that the foundation has the installation conditions. The foundation of large Ferris wheels should be inspected and qualified by the relevant quality inspection department before installation. 3.2.2 The foundation should not have abnormal phenomena such as uneven settlement, cracking and loosening that affect the normal operation of the Ferris wheel. 3.2.3 When the user unit purchases a large Ferris wheel, it must provide local meteorological, geotechnical and geological data for verification by the design and production units. 3.2.4 Anti-loosening measures must be taken for the anchor bolt connection, and it should comply with the relevant provisions of GB50321. 3.3 Columns
3.3.1 The vertical tolerance between the centerline of the column and the horizontal plane shall not exceed 1/1000 of the measured height. 3.3.2 The error between the centerline distance of the two columns and its design value shall not exceed ±1/10003.4 Spindle and hanging shaft
3.4.1 The inclination tolerance of the spindle shall not exceed 1/1500 of the distance between the centerlines of the bearings at both ends. 3.4.2 Important shafts and pins should generally be made of materials with mechanical properties not lower than 45# steel, and the hardness after quenching and tempering should comply with GB/T699,GB/T3077 regulations. The surface roughness Ra value of the mating surface should not be greater than 1.6μ. 3.5 Turntable
3.5.1 The radial circle and end circle runout tolerance of the turntable shall not be greater than 1/1500 of the turntable diameter. 3.5.2 There should be no obvious slippage during the operation of the turntable. 3.5.3 The adjustable tie bars in the turntable should be adjusted appropriately. 3.6 Cabin
3.6.1 The cabin frame must be made of metal material. 3.6.2 The doors and windows of the cabin should be blocked, and the passengers' heads should not be able to extend out of the window. 3.6-3 The seat size of the cabin and the depth of the non-enclosed cabin should comply with the provisions of 5.8.1 of GB8408-2000. 3.6.4 The entrance and exit of the cabin shall not be higher than 300mm from the platform. 3.6.5 Where passengers may touch, no exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs and dangerous objects are allowed. 3.7 Mechanical transmission system
3.7.1 The mechanical transmission system should be stable and reliable, and the installation accuracy should comply with relevant regulations. 3.7.2 The radial drawing and end circle runout tolerance of the pin gear shall not be greater than 1/12000 of the pitch circle diameter of the pin gear. 3.7.3 The tire transmission system should consider the buffer device. The tire inflation pressure and the transmission pressure on the periphery of the turntable should be adjusted appropriately. c) The wire rope should be appropriately tightened and a tensioning device must be provided. 3.7.5 The transmission gears shall meet the standards of the American gears and have no abnormal eccentric meshing and eccentricity. The contact spot requirements and measurement methods of the temporary gears shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB50321. 3.7.6 The belt and roller chain transmission shall be properly tightened, and the assembly requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50321. The wear state of the belt shall comply with the provisions of Table 8 of 7.12 in GB80482000. 3.7.7 The braking device must be safe and reliable.
3.7.8 The motor, coupling and reducer shall be installed well, and the coaxiality and surface clearance of the two shafts of the coupling shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50321. The measurement method shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB50321. 3.B The hydraulic and pneumatic systems of the Ferris wheel shall comply with the provisions of 4.25 in GB8408-2000. 3.9 Electrical system
3.9.1 Voltage level, insulation resistance and grounding resistance shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB840B-2000. The measurement method shall be in accordance with Appendix E of GB:4706.1-1998, GB 1032, GBJ 65 and GB/T 998. 3.9.2 The insulation isolation between the core and secondary windings of the power transformer with a working voltage not exceeding 50V shall be equivalent to double insulation or reinforced insulation level. The insulation resistance between the primary and secondary windings of the transformer shall not be less than 7M2, and the insulation resistance between the transformer winding and the metal shell shall not be less than 2Mo.
3.9.3 The installation of electrical equipment shall comply with the requirements of the relevant national electrical installation engineering construction and acceptance specifications. 3.9.4 The full load current of the motor shall not be greater than the rated current value of the motor. 3.9.5 The voltage of decorative lighting that passengers can easily touch shall adopt a safe voltage of no more than 50V. 3.9.6 Control system
a) The control system should meet the working conditions of the amusement machine and be equipped with forward and reverse operation control. b) When automatic control or interlocking control is adopted, each electrical equipment (motor or solenoid valve, etc.) should be able to be manually controlled separately: c) The control elements should be sensitive, reliable and easy to operate. The operating buttons, etc. should have clear signs, and the color signs of signal lights, buttons, etc. should comply with the provisions of GB2682:
d) Necessary sound and other signal devices should be installed; e) Emergency switches must be installed at obvious places on the operating table and on the platform. The switch button should adopt a raised manual reset type. 3.9.7 Collector
a) The brush and slip ring should have good contact and meet the current tolerance requirements. The minimum distance between slip rings is 8mm, and the slip ring should have no breakdown or flashover in the pressure test;
b) The exposed collector should be equipped with a rain cover.
3.10 Safety devices
3.10.1 Safety measures should be taken in places where the Ferris wheel may endanger the safety of passengers. 3.10.2 Safety devices should be installed at the hanging shaft of the car. 3.10.3 Two locking devices must be installed outside the closed car. 1 Safety locking devices should be installed outside the door of the non-closed car. 3.10.4 Non-closed cars must be equipped with safety devices to prevent passengers from colliding with surrounding obstacles during operation or leave a safety distance of not less than 500mm.
3.10.5 When the power supply suddenly fails or the equipment fails, which endangers the safety of passengers, measures must be taken to guide passengers. 3.10.6 When the diameter of the turntable exceeds 40m, a device should be installed to prevent the car from swinging. 3.10.7 If the height of the Ferris wheel is more than 15m from the ground, a lightning rod should be installed, and its grounding socket should not be greater than 100. 3.10.8 If the height of the Ferris wheel is more than 20m from the ground, an anemometer should be installed. 3.10.9 The passenger part of amusement machines such as spaceships, dragon boats, and flying carpets should be equipped with safety pressure bars, safety belts or other reliable safety devices. 3.10.10 A control device should be installed to prevent overspeed. 3.10.11 The safety bars of flying carpets and dragon boats should be equipped with locking devices that passengers cannot open at will. 3.11 Appearance and painting

3.11.1 The shape, decorations and paint patterns of the Ferris wheel should be beautiful, bright and eye-catching. There should be no bruises, cracks and roughness that affect the appearance.
3.11.2 The surface of the electroplated parts should be smooth, bright and even. There should be no defects such as delamination, bubbles, obvious scratches and exposed bottom. 3.11.3 The exposed metal parts should not be rusted. 3.11.4 Painting
a) Rust and other dirt must be removed before painting, and the quality of manual rust removal must reach St2 level in JB/T5000.12; b) The inner surface of the knocked-open metal components should be coated with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 60-80μm; the exposed surface of the thick metal parts must be sprayed with paint or plastic spraying, and the coating thickness should be 100~150μm; the plastic layer thickness should be 200~500μmc) The outer surface of the glass copper must be treated before spraying: d) The layer should not have obvious defects such as sagging, wrinkling, shedding, cracks and missing coating. 3.12 The setting of safety fences, platforms, stairs and operating rooms shall comply with the provisions of 4.13, 5-8.2 and 4.18 of GB8409-2000. 4 Test methods
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 All new products, products transferred to other factories and products with major improvements shall be tested in accordance with this standard before leaving the factory. 4.1.2 Formal product identification, issuance of production licenses, quality supervision spot checks and safety inspections shall be tested in accordance with this standard. According to different test purposes, the test items may be increased. 4.2 Test conditions
4.2.1 The wind speed during the test shall not exceed 8m/s.
4.2.2 If there are no special requirements, the ambient temperature during the test is generally between -10℃ and 35℃. The relative humidity of the environment shall not exceed 85%. 4.2.3 The error between the test load and its rated value shall not exceed ±2%. 4.2.4 The production unit shall provide the inspection data, records, drawings and technical documents of the product. The various tests specified in this standard can only be carried out after the inspection department confirms that they are qualified.
4.2.5 For Ferris wheels with special requirements, additional test items may be considered. 4.3 Test instruments and measuring tools
4.3.1 According to the test requirements, select test instruments and measuring tools of corresponding accuracy. 4.3.2 The instruments, meters and other measuring tools used for the test must be qualified by the statutory metrology department and must be checked and calibrated before and after the test. The conversion element should be calibrated before and after the test, and its deviation must be within the specified range. 4.4 The inspection of safety devices shall comply with the provisions of 3.10 of this standard. 4.5 The inspection of the foundation, columns, turntable, gondola, platform, stairs, safety fence, operating room, appearance and painting of the Ferris wheel shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of this standard.
4.6 No-load test
4.6.1 Carry out forward and reverse operation respectively, and each operation shall be more than five turns. 4.6.2 Carry out continuous test for 8 hours under actual working conditions
4.7 Full-load test
4.7.1 Rated load shall be added to each hanging box at intervals. 4.7.2 Carry out continuous test for 10 days under actual working conditions, 8 hours per day. 4.8 Eccentric load test
4.8.1 Each gondola is continuously loaded with rated load until it reaches 1/2 of all the gondolas, and then continues to run for half a circle. 4.8.2 Under normal circumstances, the eccentric load test is only carried out once. 4.9 During the no-load, full-load and eccentric load tests, the Ferris wheel should operate normally and comply with the relevant provisions of 3.1 of this standard. The machine transmission system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, and electrical system should comply with the provisions of 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9 of this standard respectively. 4.10 Test of mechanical properties of rubber of solid wheel-TTKAONiKAca

4.12.3 Ultrasonic flaw detection method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T4162, and the inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade A. 4.12.4 Magnetic particle flaw detection method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of [B4730, and the inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade. 4.12.5 Penetration flaw detection method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB4730, and the inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade. 4.13 Disassembly and inspection requirements
The problematic parts of the equipment should be disassembled and inspected, and the disassembly and inspection situation should be recorded in detail. The problems found should be studied in time to determine the causes. The records can be made in the form of text and photos.
