4 Technical requirements
4.1 Strength
4.1.1 After the panel and the keel are installed, the panel should be able to withstand a static load of 160N/m2, the maximum elastic deformation shall not be greater than 10mm, and the plastic deformation shall not be greater than 2mm.
4.1.2 The hanging parts required for installing the panel should be able to withstand a static tensile force of 150N without obvious plastic deformation. 4.2 Accuracy
4.2.1 The panel size and deviation should comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2, and the length of the strip board should not be less than the nominal size. 4.2.2 The edges of the strip board, block board, and grid-shaped panels should be straight, and the maximum curvature should not be less than 3%. 4.3 Panel surface quality
4.3.1 The surface of the panel should be smooth, flat, with clear patterns and basically consistent colors, without obvious scratches and burrs. The paint film and spray-coated layer shall not have exposed bottom and obvious sags, bubbles, orange peel and other defects. 4.3.2
The oxide layer shall not have looseness and spots and other defects.
The electroplating layer shall not have bubbles, exposed bottom, or shedding, and shall not have obvious black spots, pitting and other defects. The adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than that specified in Table 3. Table 3

5 Test method
5.1 Strength

5.1.1 Test for 4.1.1: (See Figure 4) Apply a uniform load to the panel according to the actual installation method (the area shall not be less than 1m2), take the center line between the two keels as the measuring line, and take several measuring points on the measuring line (not less than 3). After holding the load for 60s, measure the deformation of each measuring point, and the largest value is the maximum elastic deformation. After 60s of unloading, measure the residual deformation at each measuring point, and take the maximum value as the plastic deformation. The deformation is detected with a dial indicator.
5.1.2 Test for Article 4.1.2: Install the hanging parts on the tensile machine, apply force to both ends to the specified value, and hold the load for 60s. 1200

5.2.1 For the test of Article 4.2.1: B and H in Table 1 are tested with a vernier caliper with an indication of 0.02mm, and L is tested with a steel tape measure. BXA in Table 2 is tested with a steel tape measure with an indication of 1mm.
5.2.2 For the test of Article 4.2.2: Use a steel ruler or flat plate with a feeler gauge. 5.3 Panel surface quality
5.3.1 For the test of Articles 4.3.1 to 4.3.4: Use hand feel and visual inspection. 5.3.2 For the test of Articles 4.3.5 and 4.3.6: According to GB/T1 720 for testing and rating. 5.3.3 Test for 4.3.7: Conduct according to GB5928. 5.3.4 Test for 4.3.8: Conduct according to GB5938, the surface area of the sample shall not be less than 1dm2, and be evaluated according to GB5944. 5.3.5 Test for 4.3.9: Conduct according to Chapter 3 B of GB/T1764 - Magnetic Thickness Gauge. 5.3.6 Test for 4.3.10: Conduct testing and rating according to GB/T1732. 5.4 Test for 4.4: Conduct by hand feel and visual inspection. 6 Inspection Rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory Inspection
6.1.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. 7.1 Marking

The packaging box shall be marked with the manufacturer's name, product code, net weight, gross weight, place of origin, trademark, grade, quantity, date of manufacture and the "beware of moisture" mark.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Metal ceiling panels and accessories are packed separately. 7.2.2 The panel is packed with wrapping paper and then packed into a packing box. The packing box should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and a packing list. 7.3 Transportation
The product must not be exposed to moisture or magnetic shock during transportation. 7.4 Storage

The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and the bottom of the box should be more than 200mm above the ground. ) There is no corrosive gas near the storage area, and the relative humidity is less than 80%.
