According to the notification of the Quality and Safety Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation (19997 No. 34) forwarding the document of the State Petrochemical Administration (1999) No. 94, the "General Design Specification for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Project Construction Station (Plant)" SYI48-91 was revised. The Planning Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation was responsible for the chief editing, and China National Petroleum Corporation Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd., China National Petroleum Corporation Sichuan Exploration and Design Institute, and Dakuai Oil Co., Ltd. Oil Construction Design Institute participated in the editing. This revision was carried out on the basis of collecting the implementation status of the original specification from various relevant units and convening a technical coordination meeting. In addition to retaining the effective provisions in the original specification, this specification also adds Chapter 2 "Terms" and Chapter 3 "Overall Layout of Oil and Gas Stations (Blocks)", thereby enriching and improving the original specification: In order to make the name of the specification consistent with the content of the specification, the name of the specification was changed to "General Design Specification for Petroleum and Natural Gas Projects".
This specification will replace SYI48--91s from the date of entry into force. The main editor of this standard: China National Petroleum Corporation Planning Institute: The participating organizations of this standard: Daqing Oil Production Co., Ltd. Oil Construction Design Institute;
