3.1 Radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable tape
After irradiation, drawing and other processes, the anti-isolating insulating material can produce axial shrinkage at a certain temperature. 3.2 Base material
During the production process, the radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable tape is a non-coated polyethylene strip material that has been irradiated and drawn during the production process. 3.3 Hot melt adhesive
It is solid at room temperature, melts into liquid, and is bonded to the adherend after lamination and cooling. 4 Model, specification, size and deviation

Limit deviation
5.1 The construction temperature of radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrink tape is -30°~~+50℃, and the long-term operation temperature should not exceed +60℃. 5.2 The heat shrinkage rate of radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrink tape should not be less than 15%. 5.3 The edge of the core material of the radiation cross-linked heat shrink tape should be straight, and the surface should be flat and clean. No bubbles, defects, cracks, decomposition, discoloration, etc. are allowed.
5.4 The surface of the hot melt adhesive layer should be smooth, the thickness should be uniform, without any grease, bubbles or spots, and the adhesive should not be separated from the substrate. 5.5 After the substrate is recovered from shrinkage at 200±10℃ for 5min, its technical properties should meet the requirements of Table 2. Each batch of finished products must be inspected and qualified by the factory technical inspection department, and can only be packaged and shipped with certificates and marks proving the quality of the products. 6.1
6.2Product quality inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 2
SY/T 4054--92
6.3Factory products shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.2, 5.3 and 5.4 of this standard, and the five indicators of heat shrinkage rate, tensile strength and crack elongation of the substrate, peel strength and melting point of the hot melt adhesive shall be inspected. 6.4One batch of materials shall be sampled and inspected, and 3% of each batch shall be sampled, but at least not less than 3 samples. 6.5 Judgment rules
6.5.1 For the unqualified products tested in accordance with Articles 4.2, 5.3 and 5.4 of this standard, the number of unqualified products per 100 units of products is allowed to be no more than 5
Total number of unqualified products in the batch × 100
Number of unqualified products per 100 units of products -
6.5.2 If any item of the sample is unqualified, it shall be re-tested. If it is still unqualified in the second test, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. The factory shall re-test the batch of products and scrap the unqualified products. 6.6 In one of the following situations, the product shall be subjected to type inspection: a. The production process, equipment, and materials have changed significantly, which affects the product performance; b. The production interruption time is long (generally more than half a year); c. Normal production year; d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 6.7 The type inspection of the product shall include all the items specified in Articles 5.5 and 5.6 of this standard. The type inspection sample shall be randomly taken from the semi-finished product or finished product warehouse, and the number of samples shall not be less than 3 rolls. 6.8 If there are unqualified items in the type inspection, the product cannot be shipped. Production shall be reorganized until the remaining inspection items are qualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The length of each roll of finished product is about 15m and should be properly packaged. The following items should be marked on the package: a. Product name
b. Specification, model and quantity
c. Heat shrinkage rate of this batch of products
d. Manufacturer name
e. Product manufacturing period
f. Product qualification mark
9. Validity date.
7.2 The irradiated polyethylene heat shrinkable tape should be transported and stored under the condition of -30 to +50 degrees. Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight, rain, heavy pressure and mechanical damage.
7.3 The shelf life of heat shrink tape is one year.

Test method for heat shrinkage
(reference)
Take a sample with a length of 20-30cm along the longitudinal direction of the finished product, and use paper special lead or a blade to make a mark line with a distance of 100cm in the length direction. Add a small amount of clear stone powder as an anti-sticking agent, place it horizontally on the support, and after 200+10℃, 5min free shrinkage recovery, cool to room temperature, measure the distance of the mark line, and calculate the heat shrinkage mark according to the following formula: heat shrinkage rate-length before heat shrinkage-length of effective shrinkage film×100%
length before heat shrinkage
