In order to implement the general practice of artificial weather modification, strengthen the safety management of artificial weather modification operations, standardize the annual inspection of anti-aircraft equipment used in operations, and provide the necessary technical standards in the inspection work, this standard is shortened according to the current technical regulations issued by the Ordnance Department of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army in 1991 and the technical requirements for the inspection and optical equipment of the single-shot artillery of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army in 1991. In combination with the actual situation of the artificial weather modification industry, this standard is shortened to Appendix 4, Appendix 5, Appendix 6, Appendix 7, Appendix 8. This standard is under the jurisdiction of China Meteorological Administration:
