The arrangement order is as follows: Basic code post-code number 4.2 Basic code The basic code is composed of type code number and matching installation characteristic size. 4.2.1 Type code The type code is composed of uppercase Latin letters. The codes and their meanings are as follows: WB indicates a water pump shaft bearing with two rows of balls WR indicates a water pump shaft bearing with one row of rollers and one row of balls 4.2.2 Fitting and installation characteristic dimensions Fitting and installation characteristic dimensions are composed of seven Arabic numerals, indicating the nominal diameter of the bearing shaft, the nominal outer diameter of the bearing, and the nominal length of the shaft. It complies with the provisions of GB3203 and YP.9. The requirements are to be attached and determined by negotiation between the manufacturer and the user. 7.5.4 Before filling grease, the bearing should be dipped in oil with the same brand as the base oil of the grease to prevent rust, and then filled with grease. 7.5.5 Refer to Appendix 13 (recommended) for the amount of grease to be filled in the bearing. Sample The size is sampled according to the general inspection level I.
