Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the flex resistance requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the fiberboard insoles of shoes. This standard applies to fiberboard insoles of general leather shoes and travel shoes. It does not apply to fiberboard insoles of main heels, toe caps, insoles, semi-soles and special requirements of leather shoes and travel shoes. Flexibility index of fiberboard for footwear
QB/T 1472—92
This standard specifies the flex resistance requirements, test methods and inspection rules for insole fiberboards for general leather shoes and travel shoes. This standard is applicable to fiberboards for insoles of general leather shoes and travel shoes. Not applicable to heels, toe caps, insoles, semi-soles and special leather shoes, fiberboards for insoles of travel shoes. 2 Technical requirements
Various dry insole fiberboards of various grades can be used for the longitudinal direction of the fiberboards to meet the requirements of the following equipment. Table
3 Test method
3.1 Test principle
The composite product
The thin board for shoes is repeatedly mechanically screened until it breaks, and the surface deflection index is calculated based on the number of burns at the time of breakage. 3.2 Test specimens
3.2.1 Air conditioning of the test specimens
Put them in an environment with a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of (65±5)% for 48h. 3.2.2 Preparation of test strips
Cut two groups of test strips with a length of 80-1mm and a width of 10±0.2mm on the air-conditioned sample. The long side of the first group of test strips is parallel to the machining direction of the shoe fiberboard (called the longitudinal direction), and the long side of the second group of test strips is perpendicular to the machining direction of the shoe fiberboard (called the transverse direction). 3.3 Test equipment
XQ-I type flexion tester.
3.3.1 The holder consists of an upper holder and a lower holder (including the load) (as shown in the figure). The upper holder has a flexion angle of 90°±1°, and the flexion frequency is 60.E10 times/min (one flexion on each side is one flexion number).
The mass of the lower holder (including the load) is 2±0.01k. Limit the vertical movement below the flexion position of the test strip. 3.3.2 The counter can record the number of times each test bar breaks. The tester stops automatically after the test bar breaks. 3.4 Test conditions
The test temperature is 23±2°C and the relative humidity is (65±5)%. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 14, 1992 and implemented on December 1, 1992

3.5 Test steps
QB/T1472-92
Unit: mm
Figure Schematic diagram of the clamp
3.5.1 Three test bars in each group are tested simultaneously. 3.5, 2 Place the test bars in the upper clamp in reverse order, with the long side of the bars perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the clamping length is about 15mm. A small fiberboard with the same thickness as the test piece is placed at the other end of the upper clamp of the test piece to ensure the parallelism of the two clamping surfaces. 3.5.3 Clamp the lower clamp (including the load) on the other side of the bar, with a clamping length of about 1 mm. 3.5.4 After the counter is cleared, start the test until all the test bars break. 3.6 Test results
Calculate the wind index X
X=1 (igx++tyx+igx)
Where, X,, X, are the number of wind-burned fractures of the three test bars in the same group. 3.6.2 The result is rounded to one decimal place.
3.6.3 The results in the longitudinal and transverse directions are expressed separately. 3.7 Test report
To 7.1, the results are expressed in accordance with Article 3.6: and the judgment of excellent, first-class, qualified or unqualified is made in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 2. -16-
QB/T 1472--92
Indicate the sample specifications, brand, thickness and production area. Indicate the test temperature and relative deflection.
Indicate that the test was conducted in accordance with this standard.
Indicate the test personnel and date.
4 Inspection rules
4. Each batch of products shall be randomly selected to test the flexural performance. 4.2 If the result of any direction in the first test does not meet the requirements of the flexural index, additional sampling can be carried out, and the direction that does not meet the requirements shall be retested and judged according to the retest results. 4.3 If the grades of the longitudinal and transverse directions in the test results are different, the lower grade shall be used for determination. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Inquiry of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Footwear Standardization Center. This standard is supervised by the Footwear Industry Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Yan Huaidao and Li Zhanfen. The test method of this standard refers to the standard BS5131/4.2 "Test method for flexural index of fiberboard for energy and shoe materials".
