Subject content and scope of application UDC 68142 GB9105-88 This standard specifies the basic requirements for the types, specifications and dimensions, physical properties, appearance requirements and testing methods of photochromic glass lens blanks. This standard applies to the rough-cut of photochromic glass lenses that change to gray or brown (including those with base colors). 2 Terms and symbols Original transmittance, the transmittance of the sample before irradiation with the excitation light, is represented by To. Five-minute transmittance, the transmittance of the sample after irradiation with the excitation light for five minutes, is represented by 1It5. Darkening amplitude, the difference between the original transmittance of the sample before irradiation and the five-minute transmittance, is represented by △TD. Half-revitalization time, the time required for the five-minute transmittance to recover to 2/2 of the sum of the original transmittance and the five-minute avoidance ratio after the sample stops irradiation, is represented by tHw. Mirror power of rough-cut reference surface, the radius of curvature of the rough-cut reference surface is converted into mirror power to distinguish it from the refractive power of the lens, and is represented by D. Product classification According to the original color tone before irradiation, it is divided into brown and gray with base color; brown and gray without base color. Specifications and dimensions Diameter series 52, 56, 60, Φ 65, g 70 mm. Rough reference surface mirror series +3.00D, +4.00D+500D, +600D. The maximum optical path difference of the edge part of 5% of the roughness diameter is measured by a polarimeter on the axial direction of the lens (or sealed sample comparison). The original transmittance is measured by a light color performance tester, and the test length is 540~560mml. Light color performance test 5.4.1 The light color performance tester must meet the following conditionsa. Use a war lamp as the excitation light source: b The illumination value of the sample perpendicular to the excitation light beam is 100,000 grams (1x):c. The temperature control range of the test sample room is 250 ± 0.5°C:d The excitation light source must be at a 45-degree angle to the optical axis of the sample being tested. See Appendix B (reference) Figure B1 for the schematic diagram of the tester. The diameter of the light spot irradiated on the sample crystal must be within the range of 10 to 15 mm or the corresponding area range:3 e. The test light bar must be smaller than the excitation light irradiation light bar. GB9105-88 5.4.2 The test sample requires that the sample be prepared with a thickness of 2.0 ± 0.1 mm, a thickness difference of no more than 0.02 mm, and a surface finish of 0.008 (14). No bubbles, streaks, impurities, etc. are allowed in the sample being tested to ensure the test accuracy. 5.4.3 The five-minute transmittance and half-revitalization time are tested with a photochromic performance tester. The diameter tolerance of the measuring disc of the specified size is measured with a vernier caliper. The center thickness tolerance is measured with a thickness dial gauge or a thickness caliper at the center of the lens roughness. The thickness difference is measured with a thickness dial gauge or a thickness caliper at the maximum difference in thickness of the lens roughness edge (excluding chamfers). The reference surface mirror tolerance is measured by placing a reference sample with a radius error of less than 0.02mm on the spherical surface of the lens, and using a wire gauge to detect the gap. Rough surface defects Rough surface defects (except scissor marks) are measured with a ruler and a magnifying glass with a magnification of 10 times. Scissor marks are measured visually (or compared with the specified sample). 5.6.2 Detection of bubbles and streaks 5.7.1 Bubbles are visually inspected with a 60W incandescent lamp under a black background. 5.7.2 The stripes (including photosensitive stripes) shall be visually inspected under sunlight or after irradiation with a xenon lamp. 6 Inspection rules Products shipped out of the factory shall be inspected and accepted according to the technical requirements specified in this standard. Products of one specification delivered in the same batch are considered a batch. 6.1 Acceptance by the consignee shall be in accordance with this standard. 6.2. For products with special specifications, a separate agreement may be made according to the requirements of both the supplier and the buyer. 6.3 The acceptance of the physical properties and appearance requirements of the raw materials shall be in accordance with the normal sampling plan of GB2828 "Batch-by-Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to the Inspection of Continuous Batches)", and its inspection level and AQL are as follows: the inspection level of each requirement for physical properties is S-3, and the qualified quality level is AQL=6.5. See Appendix A (Supplement) Table A1. The inspection level of each requirement for appearance is I, and the qualified quality level is AQL=40. See Appendix A (Supplement) Table A2. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Marking.
