This standard specifies the principles, requirements and methods for changes to technological documents and the reporting requirements for change notifications. This standard is applicable to changes to archived process documents of industrial products. 2 Reference standards
SJ/T10320 Process document format
3 Principles of process document changes
3.1 The basis for the change of process documents should be to ensure product quality and meet the technical requirements of product design documents, and take into account the advancement of the process, the feasibility of production and the rationality of economy. 32. Changes to process documents should be prepared in the form of change notices. 3. Changes to process documents should be complete, correct, unified and coordinated to ensure smooth production. 34 Changes to process documents should be consistent with the document and the document should be consistent with the facts. 35 The changes to process documents should reflect the change process and the status after the change of process documents. 4 Basis for changes to process documents
Design changes;
b. Process change:
5 Procedure for process document change
5.1 Prepare a change notice. The format of the change notice is shown in Appendix A or Appendix L of SJI10320. 52 Approval: The process document approved by the first level shall be approved by the change. 5.3 Change.
6 Requirements for process document change
6.1 When changing the process document, it should be carried out according to the approval change notice. 6.2 When the content of the change will cause changes to other related process components, the corresponding changes should be made in time. 6.3 The font, image and symbol of the changed part and its related part should be coordinated, and the changed process document should be clear and neat. 6.4 The process document should be marked with change marks. The mark should be the change mark on the change notice. The change mark should be written in the text with a diameter of 4~fmm thin solid line. The mark should be written horizontally. In this case, a thin solid line with a zigzag head can be used to indicate the change, or a thin solid line with a concave and convex head can be used to indicate the change. For process documents with a "Note" column, the change mark can be filled in the corresponding "Remark" column.
The Ministry of Information Industry of the People's Republic of China approved the method of changing process documents in August 1994 and implemented it in December 1994.
7.1 Cross out the contents to be accepted with a solid line and fill in the new document. 7.2 Scrape
When the scrape modification method is adopted, the original process file should be archived first, and then the modified content should be deleted and the new content should be filled in. This method is applicable to:
a. When the modification will cause misunderstanding;
b. When the modification will damage the clarity of the process file c. When the modified content cannot be filled in after the modification. 7.3 Blank
When the modified content cannot be changed on the original base map (card), a new base map (sheet) should be input and the original map (square) number should be written.
7.4 The use of the process variant is terminated.
8 Requirements for the preparation of process document change notifications
81 The process document change notification form shall be prepared by the responsible personnel of the production, and the relevant departments shall be responsible for the signature, route signature, etc., and the relevant departments shall be responsible for the preparation and approval of the change notification form.
8.2 When preparing the change notification form for the second part, the following factors shall be taken into consideration: a. The situation of finished products and in-process products; b. The possibility of using and manufacturing process equipment; and c. The inventory and supply of purchased materials. 8.3 For major changes in the process and technical parameters, the change notification form shall be accompanied by demonstration and test report. 84: It is generally appropriate to prepare a copy of each process document change notification form. When several process documents are to be prepared in a related manner, a copy of the change notification form may be prepared. If the change deadline, usability, and handling opinions are different, they shall be marked separately on the change notification form or a separate change notification form shall be issued. 8.5 The content of the modification notice should reflect the situation before the change, and the relevant department should indicate the modification. 8. The handwriting, graphics, etc. of the modification notice should be summarized and summarized. 3. When the errors in the process documents cause concerns about the product or hinder the production, the relevant personnel should consult with the relevant people and reach a consensus. Changes can be made at the production site, and the change mark and signature must be added. The modification notice must be issued in time. 9. Changes to process documents
During production, if the process documents are out of specification, an internal modification notice can be prepared, but the process documents do not need to be modified. Temporary modification notices are determined by the unit.
