Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7963.1~7963.3-1997 Metal Cutting Band Saw Blades Published on August 18, 1997 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on January 1, 1998 JB/T 7963.21997 This standard is equivalent to ISO4875/11978 Metal Cutting Band Saw Blades Part 2: Basic Dimensions and Tolerances". Since the basic dimensions determined by ISO4875/1 represent the main characteristics of metal cutting band saw blades, the dimensions and tolerances given are basically suitable for domestic requirements, so they are equivalently adopted. And according to the needs of domestic and foreign markets and production development in recent years, the width dimensions of 27 and 34, the thickness dimension of 1, and the tooth pitch of 2.12 are supplemented. According to the provisions of GB/T1.1~1993, the legal measurement units and codes promulgated by the state shall be used in the standard. Therefore, this standard only uses the metric dimensions and tolerances in 1SO4875/1, removes the imperial dimensions and tolerances, and retains the code for the number of teeth per inch in the Ding tooth deer in brackets. JB/T7963, under the general title of "Metal Cutting Band Saw Blades", includes three parts: Part 1 (JB/T7963.1); Definitions and terms: Part 2 (JB/T7963.2): Basic dimensions and tolerances; Part 3 (JB/T7963.3): Types and characteristics. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Tool Standardization. The main drafting units of this standard are Chaonan Machine Tool Factory and Benxi Tool Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Xu Ziwen, Zhang Jihua, Li Langui, and Deng Fang. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace JB/T7963.2-1995 (Types, specifications and technical requirements for metal cutting band saw blades) (formerly GB6079.2-85) JB/T7963.2-1997 ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide joint supervision of national standards associations (ISO member bodies). The formulation of international standards is generally carried out by ISO technical committees. Each member body has the right to participate in the committee if it is interested in a project for which a technical committee has been established. International organizations (governmental and non-governmental) that have liaison relations with ISO may also participate in this work. The draft international standards adopted by the technical committees are first sent to the member bodies for approval and then approved by the ISO Council as international standards. International standard ISO4875/1 was drafted by ISO/TC29 (Tools) Technical Committee and was sent to member bodies in August 1976. This standard has been adopted by member bodies of the following countries: Australia Belgium Bulgaria Czechoslovakia Spain Israel Italy Mexico Philippines Romania Republic of South Africa Turkey Yugoslavia Member bodies of the following countries have expressed technical disagreement with this document: West Germany Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Metal Cutting Band Saw Blades Part 2: Basic Dimensions and Tolerances This standard specifies the basic dimensions and tolerances of metal cutting band saw blades (hereinafter referred to as band saw blades). JB/T 7963.21997 eqv ISO 4875/ I1978 For each type of band saw blade, various combinations of nominal size × tooth pitch are listed in B/T7963.3-1997, and various terms for metal cutting strips are specified in JB/T7963.11997.
