Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method for dehydration of crude oil
Pressure method
Test method for dehydration of crpde oil by autoclape
This standard specifies the test method for dehydration of crude oil by pressure test, SY/T 6520—2001
This standard is applicable to various water-containing raw materials: a micro-processing capacity of 1·-5kg, the water content in the crude oil after dehydration is expressed as a mass fraction, which can be less than (.5%
This standard does not raise any metal safety issues related to its application. Before use, the user of this standard has the responsibility to formulate corresponding safety and security specifications and ensure the applicability of the replacement system when applying. 3 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard At the time of publication of this standard, the edition shown is not valid. All standards are subject to change, and parties who open this standard should discuss the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. G15U-18 Steel pressure vessels

Crude oil containing water is heated in a pressurized chamber to make some of the light components and water in the crude oil When the mixed gas goes up to the condenser on the top of the main reactor, the cooled gas flows into the pressure vessel. The refluxed water settles in the original vessel. The water in the original vessel gradually sinks to the inner surface of the pressure vessel and is separated from the crude oil. 4 Reagents and materials
4.1 Reagent gasoline: No. 120,
4.2 Nitrogen: ordinary nitrogen.
4.3 Reagent: water-soluble emulsion.
5 Equipment
Dehydration equipment: outlet pressure vessel, pressure control equipment It should be composed of a part of the sea control device. The device is shown in Figure 1. The components of the device should meet the following technical requirements.
5.1 Pressure gauge
5.1.1 The design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of the pressure gauge should comply with the provisions of (150). 5.1.2 The pressure gauge is made of stainless steel and is a graph. The ratio of the inner diameter of the barrel to the depth is 1:2-1:3. According to the water supply, it was approved by the National Economic and Trade Commission 2HI1-09>-24 and implemented on January 1, 2002.

Control pressure range: 0-.2=MI'aInstrument end: upper 0.U1MFa: working pressure does not exceed 0.8MP2, when the pressure exceeds 0.M1, there should be a warning device to cut off the power supply and stop heating: when the pressure knife reaches 1.0VP, the safety pressure
can adopt the H-type contact pressure knife table to adjust the pressure plan, and can adopt the same or better pressure control device of the above indicators to adjust the pressure control.
5.3 Temperature control device
Group range: 50-200t: Instrument accuracy:! 05. The temperature control can be used to control the temperature of the three-stage pressing. The temperature control device with similar or superior technical performance can be used to control the temperature of the pressing. 5.4 Electric heater || tt || heating, 10-2000w.
6 Sampling
Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of (456). The sample should be placed in a closed pressure vessel and heated in a closed state.
7 Operating steps
$YA16520—2001
7.1 In a closed state, heat the sample to the lowest temperature at which it can flow, close the pressure valves, open the charging and venting valves, add the sample to the pressure vessel, and immediately close the charging and venting valves. The amount of sample added is 1/2 of the effective pressure in the pressure vessel. 2.3.
7.2 Turn on the circulating cooling water and heating system of the cooling system: Automatic temperature control device and pressure control device, and control the melting point at At about 100℃, keep it constant for 30min, open the cooling water of the cooling water jacket at the bottom of the pressure gauge, and drain it after 30m. According to the actual situation, control the cooling water at the bottom of the gauge, and the well can be drained at any time. Then continue to upgrade the group to control the temperature at 12℃~150℃, and the pressure at no more than 10℃. BMF, reverse the product dehydration
7.3 When the water content in the sample is required to be less than 0.5%, the following dehydration time can be estimated: for crude oil with low viscosity and low viscosity, dehydration 2~3h: for crude oil with medium density and viscosity, dehydration 4~4h: for heavy oil with high density and high precision, dehydration more than h.
7.4 After reaching the expected dehydration time, stop heating and close the cooling device in time Add water, and when the crude oil is isothermally cooled to the lowest temperature at which the crude oil can flow, first open the drain valve at the top of the condensate, and then open the effective valve to drain the water. After draining about 20-10L of crude oil, take a small amount of product: determine its water content according to the provisions of G/T360 or GVT899. If the water content meets the dehydration requirements, the product can be collected in a container without a solvent. If the water content does not meet the dehydration requirements, continue heating and dehydration until the dehydration requirements are met. 7.5 For crude oil with high density and high viscosity that needs to be dehydrated, a demulsifier can be added. The amount added should not exceed 100%. Perform the operations of 7.2.-74 until the water content requirements are met. 7.6 After the dehydrated crude oil is drained, close the bottom valve and add water in the tank. Add 1% of the gasoline, close other doors and charging ports, open the cooling water and heating system, and activate the temperature and pressure control device: set the temperature to 12-150°C, and the pressure to no more than 0.8°C. After 15 minutes, when the temperature drops to room temperature, close the cooling water of the condenser. First open the vent valve at the top of the condenser, then open the vent valve to release the gasoline and vent valve, blow out the chlorine gas from the condenser body and the charging room, and clean up the residue in the condenser. wwW.bzxz.Net
