6.2 Wood quality inspection
QB/T 2377—1998
6.2.1 Moisture content inspection: Under normal circumstances, use a moisture meter to measure three times at different locations and take the arithmetic average. During arbitration, the method specified in GB/T1931 shall be used for determination, and the samples shall be cut according to the provisions of 6.7. 6.2.2 The quality of the main surface of wood and general defects shall be visually inspected under natural light. 6.3 Appearance quality inspection
6.3.1 General requirements inspection
In natural light or in an environment with an illumination of (600±200)lx, the distance is 500mm for visual inspection and hand feeling. 6.3.2 Inspection of paint film gloss and metal plating
Judgment shall be made by visual inspection, or by comparison with standard samples or real objects. During arbitration, gloss meter may be used for determination according to the provisions of GB/T4893.6. 6.4 Processing quality inspection
6.4.1 Degumming inspection
Judgment shall be made by finger tapping and ear listening.
6.4.2 Flatness error inspection
Put a 70mm×18mm×18mm metal gauge block on any surface of the measured piece, and use a feeler gauge with a width of 10mm and a thickness of 0.3mm to measure the maximum gap between the gauge block and the plate surface, and it should meet the minimum conditions. 6.4.3 Full-length flatness error inspection
Put a 1m steel ruler on the diagonal direction of the surface of the measured piece, and use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the side of the steel ruler and the plate surface, and it should meet the minimum conditions. The maximum gap between the two diagonals is taken as the flatness error. During arbitration, it can be directly measured with a dial indicator. The method is as follows: Place the measured piece on a flat plate with two adjustable supports and one fixed support, adjust the three farthest points on the measured surface so that the three points are at the same height as the flat plate, and then use a dial indicator to measure at any position on the surface of the measured piece about 10mm away from the edge, and take the difference between the maximum and minimum as the flatness error. 6.4.4 Paint film hardness test
Add a load of 0.5N to a steel ball with a diameter of 1.5mm, place it on the surface of the painted piece, move it 50mm at a speed of 17mm/s, then clean it with a soft cloth and check for scratches.
6.4.5 Weather resistance test
6.4.5.1 Weather resistance test
Place the test piece in a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a temperature of (35±2)℃ and a humidity of (30±5)%r·h. Place it for 24 hours and then take it out to check its condition.
6.4.5.2 Humidity resistance test
The humidity resistance test must be carried out after the drought resistance test. Place the test piece in a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a temperature of (35±2)℃ and a humidity of (90±5)%r·h. Place it for 24 hours and then take it out to check its condition. 6.5 Assembly quality inspection
Use visual inspection and hand feel to judge.
6.6 Fitting accuracy inspection
Use vernier caliper or feeler gauge with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure. 6.7 Physical and mechanical property inspection
Randomly select three sample boards and cut samples according to Figure 5 (for blockboard as base material) or Figure 6 (for medium density fiberboard as base material) for testing.
