This standard applies to the determination of water content in infant formula and milk powder. 2 Principle of the method GB/T5413.8—1997 Replaces GB5413—85 Put the sample in an oven at 102℃±2℃ and heat until constant weight is obtained. The mass lost is the water content. 3 Apparatus Common laboratory instruments and: 3.1 Analytical balance: sensitivity is 0.1mg. 3.2 Suitable blood: preferably aluminum, nickel, stainless steel or glass dish, equipped with a removable cover, with a diameter of 50-70mm and a height of 25mm. 3.3 Dryer: equipped with effective desiccant. 3.4 Blast oven: can control the constant temperature at 102℃±2℃, the temperature in the oven should be uniform. 3.5 Bottle with sealed cap: used to mix milk powder. 4 Operation stepswwW.bzxz.Net 4.1 Sample preparation Put all the samples into a dry, capped bottle twice the volume of the sample, rotate and shake to mix them thoroughly (in this step, it is impossible to get a completely uniform sample, and two samples must be taken from two points far apart in the sample bottle and analyzed in parallel). 4.2 Determination 4.2.1 Put the blood and the cap (do not put it on the blood) into an oven at 102℃±2C, heat for 1h, cover it, then move the blood into the dryer, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it. 4.2.2 Put about 3~5g of sample into the blood, cover it, and weigh it quickly and accurately. 4.2.3 Place the blood and the cap (do not place it on the blood) in an oven at 102℃±2℃ and heat for 3h. 4.2.4 Cover it, move it to a desiccator, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it quickly and accurately. 4.2.5 Place the blood and the cap (do not place it on the blood) in an oven at 102℃±2℃ again and heat it for 1h. Cover it and move it to a desiccator, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it quickly. 4.2.6 Repeat the above steps until the difference between two consecutive weighings does not exceed 0.0005g. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on May 28, 1997 and implemented on September 1, 1998 5 Result Expression GB/T 5413. 8---1997 mj -- m2 × 100 The moisture content of the sample (%) = Where: m1—the initial mass of the blood and the cap after adding the sample, g, - the smaller mass obtained by weighing the sample twice after drying, 8m2 m3-——the mass of the sample, g. 6 Tolerance The maximum deviation of the two measured results shall not exceed 0.05%. 254 Special Zero : (1) Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
