1.1 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation of alloy rods. 1.2 This standard is applicable to alloy rods made by powder metallurgy for vacuum relays, electric devices, replacement electrodes, etc. (hereinafter referred to as products).

6.3.4.1 Chemical analysis: For each inspection batch or production batch of products, a single sample shall be randomly selected for analysis. If it fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it fails, the batch shall be deemed as not containing qualified products. 6.3.4.2 For the size, surface quality and straightness of the alloy rods, 100% inspection shall be conducted according to this standard. If it fails, the product shall be deemed as not containing qualified products. For the formability inspection of the rods, 10% samples shall be randomly selected from the inspection batch for inspection. If one sample fails, the next sample shall be inspected. If If there are still unacceptable products, the inspection batch is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, storage and handling
7.1 Labeling

All the materials of the rods should be of the same warehouse number, batch number and specification. They should be tied with rope or wire at 24 places and then wrapped with anti-sealing paper or single-material cloth tape. They should be placed in boxes or cartons with anti-sealing pads. 7.3 Transportation and storage
7.3.1 The packaged products should be transported in original boxes or effect boxes. The outside of the boxes should have "anti-humidity" and other precautions. The products can be transported in any way. During transportation, they should be protected from acid, rain and water. 7.3.2 The products should be stored in a warehouse with a relative humidity of no more than 65% and an acid-free and degradable atmosphere.
