The winch shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2
Any technical requirements not specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of the relevant current national standards or industry standards. The meshing rotor gear accuracy of the gear-type pneumatic motor shall not be lower than the 7th grade specified in GB10095-88. The transmission gear accuracy of the winch shall not be lower than the 998th grade specified in GB10095-88. The working surface roughness R value of the piston pneumatic winch cylinder is 1.6μm. 4.8 The pneumatic motor housing casting of the geared pneumatic winch should be subjected to secondary annealing. 4.9 The height of the edge of the winch drum above the outermost wire rope should be no less than 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope. 4.10 When the winch is working, the number of safe circles of the wire rope on the drum should be no less than 2 full circles. 4.11 The brake operation should be flexible and reliable, and the braking torque should be no less than 1.25 times the rated static torque. 4.12 The manual brake device of the winch should be able to self-lock during braking, and the pneumatically controlled winch should be in a braking state when it is out of air. 4.13 The operating force of the handle should not be greater than 156N, and the operating force of the foot should not be greater than 222N, and not less than 36N. 4.14 The travel of the two-way handle from the middle position should not exceed 300mm; the travel of the one-way handle should not exceed 600mm: the travel of the pedal should not exceed 250mm.

4.22 The exposed non-processed metal surface shall be painted, and the coating shall be uniform without defects such as bubbles, flow marks, wrinkles, and peeling. The exposed processed metal surface shall have an anti-rust layer, and the internal non-processed metal surface shall be painted with oil-resistant paint. 4.23 Scope of supply of complete sets:

c) Random technical documents: instruction manual, product certificate, packing list. 4.24 Under normal working conditions, the service life of the product before the first overhaul: winch driven by piston pneumatic motor shall not be less than 1100h winch driven by gear pneumatic motor shall not be less than 2200h. 4.25 Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions of storage and maintenance, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing within 12 months from the date of shipment or within 6 months from the date of use. 5 Test method

6.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped. 6.2 The factory inspection shall check whether each product meets 4.10, 4.11, 4.15, 4.22, 4.23 requirements, and perform rated load inspection. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type test should be carried out in any of the following cases: a) Trial and identification of new products or transferred products; b) When there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that affect product performance; c) Once every 5 years in normal production.
6.3.2 In addition to meeting the factory inspection requirements, products should also be checked for compliance with the provisions of 4.13, 4.14, 4.17, 4.19, and 4.21. 6.3.3 Measure the gas consumption rate of the product to see if it complies with the provisions of Table 1. 6.3.4 If the type inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the doubled number of products should be re-inspected according to the same outline, and the re-inspection results shall be the final results.
7. Label, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each product should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. Its type and size should comply with the requirements of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents: a) Manufacturer name or trademark:

d) Factory number and manufacturing date.
7.2 After the product passes the inspection, the lubricating oil in the air motor must be discharged, and the packaging should be rainproof and moisture-proof. 7.3 The packaging of the product should meet the transportation requirements. 7.4 The accompanying documents should include the installation diagram, instruction manual, certificate of conformity and packing list, and should be sealed in a plastic bag and packed in a box. 5 The packaging, storage and transportation graphic labels of the product should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.5
