Composition of Design Documents
2.1 Overview
Automatic control engineering design documents include documents required for equipment procurement, construction and installation, DCS software configuration, and instrument commissioning, that is, they include design documents required for the entire process of engineering construction. 2.1.2 During the engineering design process, the types of documents and the depth of document content can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the project.
2.1.3 To facilitate computer operations and file management, codes are given to various types of files according to file type and purpose. The code format is as follows:
Design file sequence code
Design file classification code (1. Text type; 2. Table type: 3. Drawing type; 4. DCS type) Automatic control professional design file symbol
2.2 Design file composition
Automatic control professional engineering design files are divided into 4 categories: text type, table type, drawing type, and DCS type files. 2.2.1 Text files

3 Preparation of design documents
3.1 Overview
The preparation of design documents is explained in the form of "preparation instructions". Each design document has a corresponding "preparation instructions".
3.1.1
3.1.2 This standard does not include the preparation instructions for instrument purchase orders (INST.213) and instrument condition tables (INST.214). The preparation requirements of these two documents can be found in "Preparation requirements for instrument purchase orders" (HG/T20637.5) and "Typical condition tables for automatic control professional engineering design" (HG/T20639.2).3.2 Explanation of the "Preparation Instructions" column
3.2.1 "Contents"
The design content that various design documents should include is proposed. For the design documents of forms and drawings, the detailed design content and depth are in the "Regulations on the Depth of Design Documents for Automatic Control Engineering" HG/T20638); for text documents, such as instrument design regulations, instrument construction and installation requirements, instrument technical specifications, and DCS technical specifications, see "Preparation of Instrument Design Regulations" (HG/T20637.3), "Preparation of Instrument Construction and Installation Requirements" (HG/T20637.4), "Preparation of Instrument Technical Specifications" (HG/T20637.6) and "Preparation of Distributed Appendix B of "Design Specifications for Type Control System Engineering" (HG/T20573) - Outline for Preparation of DCS Technical Specifications.
3.2.2 "Purpose"
Describes the purpose of instrument inquiry, procurement, construction and installation, and providing it to users for review. Some design documents have only one purpose, and some design documents will have multiple purposes. 3.2.3 "Preparation Period"
Propose the start time of preparation of each design document. Generally, the publication time of each version of P&ID is used as the starting time. 3.2.4 "Input Document" "Input and output files" refer to the design documents accepted or submitted by the automatic control specialty during the design process. For its content, see "Typical Conditions Table for Automatic Control Specialty Engineering Design" (HG/T20639.2).177
"Distribution Target"bzxZ.net
Distribution Target refers to the relevant departments, disciplines and personnel within the design unit, such as the procurement department, relevant disciplines and design managers, etc. If it is distributed to users, it will be distributed in advance. 3.2.6 "Impact of Modification"
For some reason, if the completed When the design documents are modified, it is possible that the design documents of this discipline and other related disciplines will be modified. Therefore, the designers must be reminded to pay attention and take corresponding measures. 178
