1 Scope
Technical conditions for storage of combustibles and
refrigerants for weather modification

This standard specifies the basic requirements, storage methods and storage conditions for the storage of combustibles and refrigerants for weather modification. This standard applies to the storage and management of combustibles and refrigerants in weather modification operations. It does not include the civil explosives products specified in the "Safety Specifications for Small Civilian Explosives Storage Depots" (GA838). 2 Normative References

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1

Separated storage
Cut-off storage
A storage method in which items are separated by walls or fire-retardant materials in the same building or in the same area by a distance of not less than 15m.

5 Storage methods and requirements
5.1 Combustion agent and refrigerant should not be stored in the open air. 5.2
Storage places should be away from direct sunlight.
5.3 Lightning protection facilities in storage places should meet the requirements of GB50057. 5.4 Power supplies, electrical appliances and lighting equipment in storage places should have waterproof and explosion-proof functions. 5.5 Power supplies, electrical appliances and lighting equipment in combustion agent storage places should have anti-corrosion properties. 5.6
Storage places should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment that meets the requirements of GB15603. 5.7 Storage places should be equipped with temperature and humidity monitoring instruments. 5.8
Storage places for combustibles shall be equipped with anti-static facilities that meet the requirements of GJB2527. 5.9
Storage places shall be equipped with obvious signs that meet the requirements of GB13690. 5.10
When multiple items are stored in the same place, they shall be marked according to the sign with the highest hazard level of the stored items. Combustibles and refrigerants shall be marked in accordance with the requirements of GB13690. Combustibles and refrigerants shall be stored separately or separately. Different combustibles and different refrigerants shall be stored separately, separated and stored. Containers for storing refrigerants shall meet the requirements of GB15603. 5.15
Items of different varieties shall not be stacked together. 5.16 Pressure vessels shall not be stacked.
The stacking height of items shall not exceed 1.6m. 5.18bzxZ.net
A passage with a width of not less than 1.2m shall be provided around each stack of items. 5.19 The temperature and humidity of the storage environment should meet the storage requirements of the items. When the ambient temperature and humidity do not meet the storage conditions, temperature control and dehumidification measures should be taken.
5.20 When there is rain or heavy fog, the storage place should stop ventilation. 2
