This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Coal Industry Bureau. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Industry Coal Mine Safety Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Chongqing Branch of China Coal Research Institute. Drafters of this standard: Liao Li, Liu Lin, Meng Xianzheng, Wen Guangcai, Zhu Fengshan. This standard is entrusted to Chongqing Branch of China Coal Research Institute for interpretation. rkAoNiKAca 1 Scope Coal Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for Steel Thin-walled and Reverse Air Door Steel thin-walled and reverse air doorMTT841-1999 This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of steel thin-walled and reverse air door. This standard applies to steel thin-walled reverse air door (referred to as air door). 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB324—1988 Symbolic representation of welds GB1184—1980 Tolerances of shape and position, provisions for tolerances not specified GB1804—1979 Tolerance fit, limit deviations of dimensions not specified GB10111—1988 Method of random sampling using random numbers 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions: Steel thin-walled and reverse air door Steel thin-walled and reverse air door is a flat-supported thin-shell arched reverse air door welded together by internal steel bars, surface steel plates and frames. There are two types: one with a convenient door in the center of the air door and the other without a convenient door. 4 Requirements 4.1 The air door shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Self-made parts, outsourced parts and purchased parts can be used for assembly only after they have a certificate of conformity or have passed the inspection. 4.3 Appearance quality requirements for dampers: 4.3.1 The damper should be free of burrs, burrs, sticky sand, rust and welding slag. 4.3.2 Nameplates and instructions should be clear and neat. 4.3.3 The exposed height of the damper bolts should not exceed 2 turns of the nuts, and the bolts and nuts should be free of damage. 4.3.4 The damper surface is painted with orange-red paint, which should be uniform in color and free of defects such as wrinkles, peeling, flow marks and bubbles. 4.4 The bearing capacity of the damper should not be less than 0.6MPa. After the bearing capacity test, the damper weld should not have cracks. 5 Test method 5.1 Use visual inspection to check whether the appearance quality meets the requirements of 4.3 of this standard. Approved by the State Coal Industry Bureau on November 11, 1999 and implemented on March 15, 2000 5.2 Damper performance test: 5.2.1 Test conditions and instruments: 5.2.1.1 Test conditions: MT/T841-1999 a) Tested in a gas and coal dust explosion test tunnel that can withstand a dynamic pressure of 1.5MPa. b) Tested under normal pressure. c) The compressive strength of the door stack should be greater than 1.5MPa. 5.2.1.2 Instruments: a) Piezoresistive pressure sensor, measuring range: 0~1.OMPa, accuracy not less than C level. b) Gas and coal dust explosion parameter test system: uncertainty, soil 5%. 5.2.2 Test steps: 5.2.2.1 Build a door pier 70-75m away from the blasting chamber, and install the damper on the door pier. 5.2.2.2 Fill the blasting chamber 100m away from the gas and coal dust explosion test tunnel with methane with a concentration of 97%, and adjust the methane concentration in the blasting chamber to 8.2%~9.5% under normal pressure. 5.2.2.3 Use electric sparks to ignite the methane in the blasting chamber and make it explode. 5.2.2.4 The test should be carried out more than 2 times. When the test system shows that the working load of the damper reaches 0.6MPa twice, observe whether the damper has cracks. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection: 6.1.1 The damper should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection and issuing a certificate of conformity. 6.1.2 Products shall be inspected one by one in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 of this standard. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Carry out in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 and 4.4 of this standard. 6.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) New product trial design and identification: b) After normal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; c) When production is resumed after 5 years of suspension; d) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results: e) When the national quality supervision agency makes an inspection request. 6.2.3 Sampling method and judgment rules: 6.2.3.1 From the qualified products of the factory inspection, one unit shall be randomly selected for type inspection in accordance with the provisions of GB10111 (sampling base 5~10 units). 6.2.3.2 In the type inspection, if 4.4 fails, the sample inspection shall be repeated. If it still fails, the product shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging and storage 7.1 Marking Each damper shall be fixed with a nameplate in a conspicuous position. The nameplate shall be legible and durable and shall include: a) manufacturer's name; b) factory date and factory number: c) product name and model: d) load capacity. 7.2 Packaging TLKAONLKACa MTT841-1999 7.2.1 The packaging box shall meet the requirements of water, rail, road transportation and mechanized loading and unloading. 7.2.2 The following documents should be sealed in a plastic bag in the packing box: a) Certificate of conformity: b) Instruction manual; Www.bzxZ.net c) Packing list. 7.2.3 The following words and marks should be clearly and durablely marked on the conspicuous part of the outer wall of the packing box. a) Name, model and quantity: b) Manufacturer's name: c) Dimensions and gross weight of the packing box, center of gravity and lifting line of the box: d) Date of manufacture: e) Departure station (port) and shipping unit: f) Arrival station (port) and receiving unit. The damper should be stored in a warehouse with lifting equipment.
