1 Model
Plasma arc cutting machine
The standard stipulates: General technical requirements and inspection methods of plasma arc cutting machines used in general cases, etc. TE/T2751—-2004

4.1 Differences

5 Use cases
All products that meet the requirements of this standard are used in normal working conditions under the following conditions. 5.1 Environmental conditions

5.2 Quality of power supply network

6.1 General
Except for the contents specified in the technical standards, other safety requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of B155, 6.2 Thermal insulation
The product shall have the ability to withstand the thermal environment. The product shall be able to withstand 70% of the dielectric strength test voltage specified in Table 4 of GB15579-1995 after specified damp heat test points, without flashover or breakdown. 6.3 Noise

7.1 Power supply part
1.1 No-load current
The current of the power supply of the product should not exceed 10% of the rated initial current. 7.1.2 Rated load voltage

When the product is running under a constant state, the current cold and hot state changes caused by temperature rise or other changes should not exceed ±5% in the entire adjustment range.
7.1.4 Cutting capacity
When the grid voltage changes within the rated value, the product should be able to ensure the stable cutting. Control system
7.2.1. The product should have the ability to adjust the gas reading or the main power loading to ensure the normal operation of the product. 7.2.2 Within the current range of the product, the initiating device should strike an arc within 3s. When the arc is established, it can automatically cut off the initiating device.
7.2.3 Adjust the walking speed of the walking mechanism. 7.2.4. The platen shall have the function of front air supply and rear air shut-off. The time of front air supply and lagging air shut-off shall be specified by the enterprise standard. 7.2.5 During cutting, when the control switch is turned off and the electrician leaves the workpiece, the control system shall be able to automatically cut off the power supply of the cutting machine or reduce the no-load voltage safety limit.
7.2.6 When the water cooling system is used, when the flow rate or positive force is lower than the specified value, the main circuit shall be automatically cut off, the cutting shall be terminated and an indicator device shall be installed.
7.3 Walking mechanism
7.3.1 During automatic and semi-automatic cutting, the cutting machine shall be able to adjust the torque up, down, left, right position and the distance between the machine and the workpiece. 7.3.2 The walking mechanism shall be able to walk automatically or dynamically, and ensure that the walking is stable and without abnormal noise. 7.3.3 When the power grid voltage changes within the range of 10% of the rated value, the change rate of the travel speed shall not exceed ±5%. 7.4 Cutting performance
7.4.1 Insulation performance
7.4.1.1 The insulation resistance between the insulator surface and the conductor of the torch shall be not less than 5MF2 7.4.1.2 The insulator surface and the conductor of the torch shall be able to withstand 2500V power frequency alternating voltage for 1min without contamination or leakage. The leakage current is less than 10mA:
7.4.2 Sealing performance
7.4.2.1 The gas circuit of the torch shall work normally at an intake pressure of 0.2 without temperature fluctuations: The gas circuit of the air plasma cutting torch shall work normally at an intake pressure of 1.5MPa without leakage. 7.4.2.2 The water circuit of the torch shall work normally at an intake pressure of 0.3MPa without leakage. 7.4.3 Heat resistance
7.4.3.1 The temperature rise of the operating parts of the torch should not exceed 30K when in normal use. 7.4.3.2 The temperature rise of the other parts of the manual cutting torch and the automatic cutting torch should not exceed the specified temperature of the material itself. 7.5 Product structure
7.5.1 The buttons, switches and detection terminals of the product shall have identifiable signs. 7.52 A gas flow meter should be installed at an appropriate position of the product. When the product is cut automatically, there should be an indicator of the cutting depth. 7.5.3 In addition to the torch, the water system should be guaranteed to work normally under an inlet pressure of 0.2MPs without water leakage or water seepage. The gas system should be guaranteed to work normally under an inlet pressure of 1M without air leakage. The gas system of the plasma cutting machine should be guaranteed to work normally under an inlet pressure of 0.5M without air leakage. 7.5.4 Except for the friction matching parts, all the unstained gold screen parts in the product should have a protective layer. 7.5 The paint layer of the product should be smooth and even, without cracks, bubbles and sparse marks. 7.5.6 The product should be supplied as a complete set. 8 Full Inspection Method
8.1 Test conditions
Day. 1.1 Environmental conditions
Tests should be conducted on new, dry, and fully assembled machines at an ambient temperature of 10°C to 4°C. The measuring equipment used should not affect the positive airflow of the cutting machine, or transfer or dissipate heat through it. The ambient conditions should be the same as those for normal use. 8.1.2 Requirements for measuring equipment
8.1.2.1 Electrical measuring instruments: Class 0.5. B.1.2.2 Measuring instruments: 10.5K.
B.12.3 No-load resistance: The power factor is not less than 0.99. 82 Appearance inspection
Inspect the following items in pairs
) Check whether the screws, bolts, and nuts used for fastening are exposed: whether the cooling fan, various adjustment devices, and moving rollers rotate flexibly: b. Whether the number of batches on the network plate is complete. Each arc striking test should be carried out after the electrode is cooled, and the arc striking should be carried out 3 times, with a success rate of not less than 90%. 8.4 Cutting ability test
The power supply voltage is +10% of the rated power supply voltage and -10% of the rated power supply voltage. Under the maximum cutting current of the product: the cutting is not less than 3 300mm long cutting: cutting should meet the requirements of enterprise standards. 8.5 The acid test methods not specified in this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB15579 and GB/T8118. 9 Inspection rules

Products must be inspected by the pre-production inspection department before they are shipped out, and a certificate of conformity shall be attached. 9.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into two categories:

10.1 Nameplate
