3.1.1 The type of machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be prepared according to the drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed order. 3.1.2 The product design and layout of the bending machine should take into account the requirements of process aesthetics and ergonomics, and be easy to use, maintain, assemble, disassemble and transport.
3.3 The bending machine should not cause danger to people during manufacturing, installation, transportation, storage and use, and must comply with the provisions of B17120.
3.2 General requirements
3.2.1 The mass-produced bending machine should be evaluated for feasibility in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards. Approved by the Bureau of Machinery Industry on July 17, 1908, implemented on December 1, 1998

3.2.1 The various main components on the code machine should take wear measures and comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.2.3 The design of the bending machine should comply with JB/T6103 or be designed according to the requirements of the technical acceptance. 3.3.4 The parameters and dimensions of the bending machine shall be consistent with the product drawings and technical documents. 3.3.5 The operation of the bending machine shall have sufficient rigidity. Under the condition of maximum load (referring to the maximum cross-sectional modulus of the bending profile of this product), it shall be able to ensure its working precision, and its machine performance shall not exceed the requirements of high-quality carbon steel 45. The precision and working error of the bending machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards or technical documents. 3.2.6 The operating force of the operating handle and hand wheel of the bending machine shall not exceed 40N. The manual force of the hand wheel shall not exceed 9N. 3.2.7 The spare parts and accessories of the bending machine shall be interchangeable and comply with the provisions of relevant standards or technical documents. 3.2.B
3.2.9 The purchased accessories shall obtain a certificate of conformity and shall be installed on the bending machine for operation test. The matching molds of the bending machine should be ordered separately by the customer and the manufacturer. 3.3.10
3.2.11 The random technical documents of the bending machine include the product's certificate of conformity, packing list and instruction manual. The content of the instruction card should include the requirements for installation, transportation, storage, use, maintenance, safety and hygiene. 3.3 Quality of welding parts
3.3.1 The parts of important parts should have a certificate of conformity. 3.3.2 The gray iron parts should comply with the provisions of JB/T5775, and the brand parts should comply with the provisions of JB/T8609. 3.3.4 Important bearing welded components and chain forgings should be treated to eliminate internal stress. 3.4 Processing quality
3.4.! The parts should not have burrs, and should not have defects that reduce strength and deteriorate appearance. Specific requirements for processing should be specified in the product specifications.
3.4.2 Sharp edges on machined parts, except for special requirements in the working drawings, sharp edges not shown in the product drawings should be removed.
3.4.3 The molds for the prototype machine should not have defects that affect the machine performance. 3.4.4 The front grinding surface should not have any marks of previous machining. The scraping points of the sliding guide surface, the adjustment fastener and the cabinet should be uniform in the entire plane. When inspected by the color method or when inspected by the matching surface, there should be no less than six front grinding points in a 25rm×mm square.
3.4.5 The bare hand wheel, wheel cover and operating part of the prototype machine should be treated with anti-rust measures such as restoration or bluing, but shall not be painted. 3.4.6 The scale lines, characters and marks of the scale parts should be accurate and clear. 3.5 Assembly quality
3.5. The bending machine should be assembled according to the assembly process specifications. The parts and components assembled on the bending machine should meet the quality requirements. During assembly or assembly, it is not allowed to install parts such as plates and sleeves that are not on the product drawings. 3.5.2 The parts and components on the bending machine must be deburred and trimmed before assembly (except for special requirements) to eliminate the floating debris such as iron filings, oxide scale and casting speed.
3.5.3 The thickness of the feeler gauge allowed to be inserted between the important connecting parts shall not exceed 0.05mm if there is no special requirement. However, when the humidity of the commercial pressure system does not affect or damage the working performance of the machine, the temperature is allowed to be higher than 6℃, but the maximum temperature shall not exceed 65℃. 3.8.3 In the liquid system, the height of the suction port should not be greater than 10m. 3.8.4 The cleanliness of the liquid system shall comply with the provisions of BS2001. 3.8.5 The lubrication system of the machine shall comply with the provisions of GB6576. 3.6 The lubrication of important friction parts of the engine should be provided by a centralized lubrication system. Only when it is impossible to use a centralized lubrication system, a decentralized lubrication device can be used.
3.8.7 Decentralized lubrication indicator plates should be installed separately. The lubrication parts should be indicated on the plates. 3.8 The cooling and lubrication systems and other parts should not be condensed. The coolant should not enter the filtration system and lubrication system. 3.9 Appearance quality
7.9.1 The appearance and layout of the engine should comply with the provisions of 3.1.2. 3.9.2 The outer surface of the plastic separator should not have any protrusions, depressions, unevenness or other damage not specified on the product sample. 4 Test method
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 During the test of the bending machine, the normal lubrication of each moving brush should be ensured, and the influence of the field on the control system should be prevented. 4.1.2 During the test, the agent and other parts that affect the performance of the bending machine should be adjusted, and the affected items should be rechecked. 4.1.3 The test should be carried out on the assembled machine. Except for the parts that are required to be disassembled during the inspection as specified in the standards and technical documents, other parts shall not be disassembled.
