The main body of primary and secondary school textbooks should use the color offset printing paper specified in QB/T2693, the offset printing paper 3.1.1 specified in QB/T1012
or the offset book and periodical paper specified in QB/T1211, and the cover should use the color offset printing paper of 120g/m2 or above or GB/T10335.1. Color inserts should use 90g/m2 or more color offset printing paper, offset printing paper or coated art printing paper. The color text of art textbooks should use coated art printing paper.

The width deviation of web paper should not exceed ±3mm, and the web diameter is 800mm±50mm; the size deviation of full-sheet flat paper should not exceed ±3mm, and the skewness should not exceed 3mm. 3.1.4
Each roll of roll paper shall have no more than 2 joints, and the outer packaging and joints shall be clearly marked. The brightness (whiteness) difference of the same batch of paper shall not exceed 3.0%. The paper shall not have print-through and obvious hair loss or powder loss during the printing process. The paper shall be flat, the fiber structure shall be uniform, the color shall be consistent, and there shall be no obvious difference between each batch of paper. The paper surface shall not have any appearance paper defects that affect printing, such as sand, hard blocks, wrinkles, various streaks, spots, light spots, cracks, holes, etc. There shall be no paper scraps, residual sheets, damage, folded corners, etc. According to the test methods of 5.1.17 and 5.1.18, the total mass of the sample with paper defects shall not exceed 1% of the total mass of the sample.
Requirements for color separation films
Color separation films should meet the following requirements:
Solid density ≥3.50;
Film base fog density ≤0.15;
Diagonal registration error ≤0.01%;
Screen count (dot frequency): 40cm-1~48cm-1 for monochrome images, 48cm-1~70cm-1 for color images; Note: cm-\ means line/cm,

The printing surface strength of paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T22365-2008, and domestic medium-viscosity roughening oil shall be used. If there is any dispute, the electric acceleration method shall be used for arbitration.
The pH test of paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1545. The moisture test of paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T462. Determination of paper defects inside roll paper: Take the outer 10 layers of roll paper, remove the outermost 5 layers, and the remaining 5 layers are samples. Cut it into 0.05m2 samples, select and weigh the samples with paper defects, and calculate the mass percentage of the samples with paper defects in the total samples. 5.1.18
Determination of paper defects on flat paper: 10 sheets of paper are randomly selected from each batch as samples, cut into samples of 0.05m2, samples with paper defects are selected and weighed, and the mass percentage of samples with paper defects in the total samples is calculated. 5.2 Method for testing the quality of color separation sheets

5.5 Method for testing the quality of binding
5.5.1 Method for testing folding and collating
Items a), b) and d) in 3.5.1 are visually inspected manually, and item c) is inspected using a standard ruler with an accuracy of 0.1mm. 5.5.2 The quality inspection method of cover lamination and glazing shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in CY42.
5.5.3 Inspection method of adhesive binding
5.5.3.1 Inspection method of book core binding
5.5.3.1.1 Adhesive inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of CY/T40. 5.5.3.1.2 The milling back depth inspection shall be checked by manual visual inspection, and the milling back skewness and glue thickness shall be inspected by a standard ruler with an accuracy of 0.1mm.
5.5.3.1.3 Inspection method of adhesive strength of adhesive bound books and periodicals Under the environment of 23±3℃, the center page of the adhesive bound sample book to be tested shall be passed through the thin slit in the middle of a flat plate. At this time, the other pages on both sides of the page shall be laid flat on the flat plate with the slit as the center line. In order to make it lay flat, a heavy object can be used to press it statically. Then, the page is fixed with a clamp so that the page can evenly withstand the slowly increasing static tension. In general, the displacement speed of the clamp should not be greater than 5mm/s.
When the ratio of the external force F on the book page to the length L of the book page is ≥4.5N/cm, and the book page does not fall off from the book back, it can be determined that the adhesive strength of the perfect binding sample book is qualified
5.5.3.2 Cover inspection method
5.5.3.2.1 The adhesive test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of CY/T40. 5.5.3.2.2 The side glue width shall be measured manually using a standard ruler with an accuracy of 0.1mm. 5.5.3.2.3 The side glue bonding condition and the book back requirements shall be inspected by manual visual inspection. 5.5.4 Saddle stitching inspection method
