6.2.2.2 The inspection items are all the requirements listed in Chapter 4 of this standard. 6.3 Judgment rules
If any one of the specifications, dimensions, surface quality, and hardness is unqualified, the preshrink blanket is a defective product. If any of the other properties does not meet the requirements, double the sample should be taken for retest of the item. If the retest results still do not meet the requirements, the batch of products is a defective product.
7 Packaging, marking, storage, transportation
7.1 Each pre-shrink blanket is packed with opaque paper or plastic film. If other packaging materials are used, it shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 7.2 Each package shall have a product certificate, which shall include the product name, product mark, trademark, manufacturer name, factory address, production date and implementation standard number, etc.
7.3 Each pre-shrink blanket shall be packed in a wooden box or iron box and shall be marked with the following marks: the sending unit, the manufacturing unit, the product name, product specifications, and the manufacturing date. When transporting at this port, it can be decided according to the specific situation. 7.4 Pre-shrink blankets transported to severely cold areas below -10℃ must take appropriate insulation measures. 7.5 Pre-shrink blankets should be stored in a warehouse with a room temperature of 0-40℃ and a relative humidity of 50%-80%. 7.6 During transportation and storage, pre-shrink blankets should be kept away from direct sunlight, rain and snow; and are prohibited from contact with acids, alkalis, oils and other substances that affect the quality of rubber. It should be kept 3m away from heat sources.
7.7 When storing, pre-shrink blankets should be taken out of the packaging box and stacked upright. 7.8 Under the above conditions, the performance of the product should meet the requirements of this standard within nine months from the date of manufacture. 7.9 The use and maintenance of the preshrink blanket shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A. 223
HG/T2013--2001
Appendix A
(Suggested Appendix)
Use and Maintenance of Fabric Preshrink Rubber Blanket
A1 After the preshrink blanket is installed, it needs to be preheated for 5 minutes before use. The steam gauge pressure of the heating roller should not be too high, generally 0.25~~0.40MPa is appropriate. A2
A3 When slight cracks appear on the surface of the preshrink blanket during use, it should be polished immediately before use. After trimming, it is necessary to pay attention to the precise specifications to avoid uneven pressure.
A4 During use, the preshrink blanket should not be over-pressurized. After use, it should be decompressed, relaxed and cooled to room temperature, and the pressure roller should leave the preshrink blanket.
A5 When using the preshrink blanket, there must be an internal and external spray cooling device to control the internal and external surface temperature of the preshrink blanket within the use range to extend its service life.
A6 Each time the machine is started, the pressure should be gradually and evenly increased; when the machine is stopped, the preshrink blanket shall not be subjected to mechanical pressure and tension. 224
