HG/T 2715--1995
This standard is equivalent to the international standard IS(5978:1990≤Determination of the adhesion resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics". The International Organization for Standardization TS(5978--1979) was published by the International Committee for Rubber and Rubber Products of TS(5978/TC45 as early as 1979. Later, it was revised in 1986. my country voted in favor of the revised draft of the international standard DTS5978 on March 16, 1987. The International Organization for Standardization issued the first edition of this standard on February 15, 1990. In the product specifications for plastic coated fabrics for interior decoration, PVC coated fabrics for waterproof tarpaulins, and polyurethane and silicone rubber coated fabrics for waterproof fabrics that the organization has formulated in the following years, the requirements for anti-adhesion are stipulated. my country has not yet issued such standards. There is no such performance requirement in the product specifications. The equivalent adoption of IS () 5978 is conducive to improving the quality of my country's coated fabric products, enhancing the competitiveness in the domestic and international markets, and adapting to the needs of the market economy.
This standard is the first edition. It was issued on May 9, 1995 and implemented from January 1, 1996. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the National Technical Committee for Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization, the Coated Fabric and Products Sub-Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard is: Shenyang Rubber Industry Products Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Participating units: Shenyang Fourth Rubber Factory, Dajin Rubber Products Factory No. 3
This standard is mainly written by Zhang Jingzhi,

ISO Forewordwww.bzxz.net
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide organization of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of formulating international standards is usually carried out by ISO technical committees. Any member body interested in a project for which a technical committee has been established has the right to participate in the committee. International organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, that have ties to ISO may also participate in this work. ISO works closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all aspects of electrotechnical standardization. The draft international standard adopted by the technical committee must be sent to the member bodies for approval before it is approved as an international standard by the ISO Council. According to ISO procedures, the standard is considered to be adopted only if it receives at least 75% of the votes of the member bodies. International Standard 1S()5978 was prepared by ISO/TC45 Technical Committee on Rubber and Rubber Products. This second edition replaces the first edition (1S05978-1979) and is a minor technical revision of the first edition. 130

Rubber or Plastic Coated Fabrics
Determination of Adhesion Resistance
HG/T 27151995
eqv ISO 5978: 1990
The adhesion test at high temperature is intended to determine the adhesion resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics. To this end, the coated fabric is subjected to a certain load over a certain area at a specified temperature. 1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the adhesion resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics. The test method specified in this standard is applicable to various rubber or plastic coated fabrics. If other conditions than those specified are to be used, they must be agreed upon by the parties involved and these changes must be stated in the test report. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is released, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T7539-1987 Standard environment for the modification and testing of rubber-coated fabrics (negIS () 22311973). 3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
Blocking
Unintentional adhesion between materials.
4 Test apparatus
4.1 Glass plate: The size is about 150mm×150mm×3mm. 4.2 A weight of 5.0kg.
4.3 Circulating air thermostatic box: The size should be such that the total volume of the test assembly does not exceed 10% of the space of the thermostatic box. There should be shelves in the box for placing the test assemblies, and the distance between the test assemblies and the distance from the box wall should be no less than 50mm. The type of heat source can be selected at will, but the cold air must pass through the heat source before entering the constant temperature box. In order to ensure the air circulation of the constant temperature box, the air is blown once every 10 minutes. 1 The overflow in the box should be controlled at a constant temperature to keep the temperature of the test assembly within the specified temperature ± 2 (domestic range). To prevent overheating and dead corners, the box body should use a perforated baffle. 5 Time interval from manufacturing to testing
5.1 For all tests, the shortest time from manufacturing to testing should be 16h. Instructions for use:
1) 1S () 5978: 1990 stipulates that at least 6 air blows should be made per hour. The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved it on May 9, 1995 and implemented it on January 1, 1996
IIG/T 2715-1995
5.2 For non-product tests, the maximum time from manufacturing to testing is four weeks. For the identification tests that require comparison, they should be carried out at the same time interval as far as possible.
5.3 For product testing, the time between manufacturing and testing should not exceed one month. In other cases, the test should be carried out within two months after the user receives the product.
6 Samples
6.1 The samples should be cut at least 1m from the end of the whole roll of coated fabric and at least 0.1m from the edge. 6.2 Six samples should be taken from each sample to be tested, and the size of each sample is 150mm×150mm. 6.3 The sample should be representative of the material to be tested. The sample should be the same as the processing width of the sample. When cutting the sample, its edge should be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sample.
The longitudinal and transverse directions should be indicated on the sample.
7 Conditioning
The sample should be placed in the standard environment specified in CR/7539 for conditioning. 8 Test Procedure
8.1 Place two samples as a pair, back to back, face to face, or back to face to form a 15 mm square. Place each pair of samples between two glass plates (see 4.1). Place a 5.0 kg weight (see 4.2) at the center of the upper glass plate and apply pressure steadily. 8.2 Place the sample assembly in a constant temperature box (see 4.3) and apply pressure at (70 ± 2) °C for 3 h. 8.3 After the application time is reached, remove the sample assembly from the constant temperature box and immediately remove the sample from between the glass plates and allow it to cool for 1 h. Then carefully separate the samples and check the adhesion and peeling of the coating layer. 8.4 The anti-adhesion property of the specimen shall be evaluated according to the following conditions: - Non-adhesive: When the two coated surfaces are separated, there is no obvious adhesion. - Slightly adhesive: When the coated surfaces are separated, there is a certain degree of adhesion, but the coating layer is not damaged. - Adhesive: The coated surfaces are difficult to separate, and the coating layer or part of the coating layer is damaged when separated. 9 Test report
