SY/T 5106—1998
c) Add a given load to the packer and set it; if only the setting load and the qualified rate of setting are tested, it can be unsealed and raised;d) Add a given pressure to the packer, stabilize for 5rmin, and test the lower pressure. If the pressure is further increased, the strength test can be carried out.e) Add a given load to the set packer to unseal the packer;f) Remove the packer and analyze the test situation. Note: Self-sealing packers generally do not carry out the two-step test of e) and e). It can be carried out when necessary. 6.4.3 Temperature resistance test

8.1 After the packer is transported to the site, it should be stored according to the provisions of the instruction manual. 8.2 When using the packer, the certificate of conformity must be checked and filed. 8.3 When lifting and lowering the packer, a weight gauge or a tension gauge must be installed. 8.4 The position of the packer lowered into the well should comply with the design requirements of the downhole pipe string structure drawing. 8.5 The connecting threads of the packer pipe string must be coated with thread sealant. 8.6 The lowering depth of the packer shall always be based on the upper end surface of the packer. 8.7 Use in accordance with the requirements of the packer instruction manual. 9
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 Marking
There should be a marking groove on the outer cylindrical surface of the packer, and the model and steel body number should be printed in steel letters on the groove surface. 9.2 Packing
Each packer must be wrapped with plastic cloth, and can be placed in a wooden box alone or up to two. The box should contain the instruction manual and certificate of conformity.
9.3 Transportation
During loading, unloading and transportation, the packer shall be strictly prohibited from being knocked or exposed to rain. 9.4 Storage
The packer shall be stored in a clean and ventilated place that can prevent the invasion of water and water. It shall not be exposed to the sun for a long time.
