This standard is a revision of JB/T51129.1~51129.3-94 "Product Quality Grading for Condensing Radiators for Internal Combustion Engines".
Compared with JB/T51129.1~51129.394, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: 1. According to the provisions of JB/T6726-1993:
-Only make corresponding provisions for closed condensers: - Remove the requirements of "welding rate" and "heat sink unevenness"; - Adjust or supplement the specific requirements of heat sinks, water pipes, appearance quality and flow performance 2. Simplify the classification of unqualified items and adjust the sampling plan accordingly. This standard replaces JB/T51129.1-51129.3-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Internal Combustion Engines. The drafting units of this standard: Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, Yongkang Chengbei Water Tank Factory. The main drafter of this standard: Jin Ruikang.
This standard was first issued in 1990.

5.3 Sampling inspection rules and sampling plan
5.3.1 Classification of unqualified items
JB/T51129-1999
After the qualified product test, the pressure is increased to the specified value, and then tested 6500 times. The quality indicators of the inspected products that do not meet the relevant standards, product drawings and technical documents are called unqualified items. According to the degree of influence of various unqualified items on the use of products, they are divided into three categories: A, B and C.
Class A unqualified items have a significant impact on the practical performance of the product and should be strictly controlled; Class B is a project that has a greater impact on the product; Class C has only a slight impact on the product.
The classification of unqualified items for condensers is listed in Table 6. Table 6
Classification of unqualified items

5.3.2 Acceptable quality level AQL value

First-class products
Ac, Re
Note: Ac (conformant determination number) and Re (non-conformant determination number) are calculated according to non-conforming items. 5.3.3 Inspection batch N
Batch N91~150
It is stipulated as 91-150. When the inspection batch is less than the lower limit of the specified value, the sampling plan shall still be in accordance with the provisions of Table 7. If it is greater than the upper limit of the specified batch, the product batch shall be divided into several batches, and one of the batches shall be randomly selected for sampling inspection. 5.3.4 Inspection level
The inspection level specified in this standard adopts the special inspection level. When the manufacturer formulates the sampling plan for product factory acceptance, the inspection level shall not be lower than that specified in this standard.
5.3.5 Sampling method
A sampling plan for a normal inspection is adopted. 5.3.6 Sample size code
According to the batch and inspection level, the corresponding sample size code of each type of unqualified item is found from Table 2 of GB/T2828-1987. 5.3.7 Sampling plan
According to the sample size code and AQL value, the corresponding normal inspection sampling plan (nAc, Re) is found from Table 3 of GB/T2828-1987, see Table 7.
5.4 Implementation of sampling plan
Samples should be drawn from the production line of the manufacturer (if necessary, they can also be drawn from the production line of the supporting factory), and the drawn samples should be qualified products of the corresponding grade.
Sampling must be carried out suddenly and randomly. The number of samples drawn is 9 sets. 5.5 Product quality grade assessment
5.5.1 Sample inspection
Samples should be inspected according to the unqualified items specified in Table 6 and the sampling plan specified in Table 7, and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4. 5.5.2 Batch assessment
After all samples have been inspected, if the number of unqualified items in a certain category in the sample is less than or equal to Ac, the category is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is judged to be unqualified. Inspection conclusions should be made according to the sampling plan of each type of unqualified items to determine whether it is qualified or not. When all categories are judged to be qualified, the entire batch of products can finally be judged to be qualified. When any category in the category is judged to be unqualified, the entire batch of products will eventually be judged to be unqualified. 5.5.3 Quality Grade Assessment
5.5.3.1 After all samples have been inspected, if the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the Ac value of the first-class product, the inspected product shall be assessed as a first-class product: If the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the Ac value of the qualified product, the inspected product shall be assessed as a qualified product. If the number of unqualified items in one or more categories in the sample is greater than or equal to the Re value, the inspected product shall be assessed as an unqualified product. 5.5.3.2 If a product is assessed as an unqualified product, it is allowed to be re-inspected once after half a year. If the re-inspection is qualified, it can still be assessed as a qualified product, but it shall not be assessed as a first-class product.
