The contact part of the picker spring teeth and forage grass can be made into a straight line, or it can be bent forward at an angle of 70~80mm. 3.1.7 3.1.8 The picker should be equipped with a floating device, and should be equipped with a vibration reduction or ground profiling device. 3.2 Technical performance requirements 3.2.1 The operating speed of the picker should be able to meet the requirements of the supporting host operation, and the rated operating speed should generally be between 5~12km/h. At rated speed, the picker should be able to pick up hay (water content 20%) with a weight of not less than 3kg per meter of grass strip or semi-dried forage (water content 55%) with a weight of not less than 4kg per meter of grass strip. 3.2.3 When the height of the grass strip is 5-15cm and the ground is flat, the picker's picking loss rate should not be greater than 1% (grass clippings less than 70mm in length are not counted in the picked up forage loss). 3.2.4 The average working time before the first failure is not less than 40h (the test result is valid for three years). 3.3 Technical requirements for main parts 3.3.1 The materials and heat treatment of the main parts of the picker shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 Directional cam plate Pickup shaftwww.bzxz.net Spring tooth rod JB/T 5160—1991 45# steel There shall be no scratches on the bending part of the spring tooth. Standard code GB5218 GB4357 GB9439 GB 699 The straight tooth part of the spring tooth shall be perpendicular to the mounting surface, and the verticality tolerance is ±2°. The straightness tolerance of the spring tooth rod is 0.8mm/m. The coaxiality tolerance of the journals at both ends of the pickup shaft is 0.12mm. Heat treatment requirements 44~48HRC Tempering according to standard Quenching and tempering or normalizing state 3.3.6 The contact part between the guard plate and the forage should be smooth, and there should be no defects such as protrusions, notches and burrs that affect the sliding of the forage. 3.4 Assembly technical requirements After assembly, the pickup should run flexibly and smoothly without obstruction or friction. The distance between the spring teeth and the adjacent guard plates should be greater than 5mm, and the guard plate spacing size should meet the requirements of the drawing. The straightness tolerance of the end of each row of spring teeth: 7mm in the radial direction and 16mm in the circumferential direction. The spring tooth spacing tolerance is 16mm. The connection between the spring teeth and the spring tooth rod should be firm, and the anti-loosening device should be reliable. When the spring teeth are turned to any position, the directional roller and the directional cam plate slideway should be in uniform contact without sliding friction. 3.5 Safety requirements 3.5.1 The drive of the picker should adopt a one-way transmission device. 3.5.2 The transmission system of the picker used in areas with harsh ground conditions should be equipped with an overload safety protection device to prevent parts from being damaged in overload. 3.5.3 When the picker is connected to the forage harvesting machinery, a safety protection cover should be installed on the outside of the exposed rotating parts and transmission parts. Transmission parts that are not exposed and less than 0.6m away from the ground. A protective plate should be installed at the bottom. 3.6 Appearance quality requirements 3.6.1 Painting The quality of the paint of the picker should comply with the provisions of TQ-1-BP or TQ-1-NP in Table 2 of NJ/Z3. 3.6.2 Parts made of thin steel plates shall not have cracks, obvious indentations, burrs and other defects. 4 Test methods 4.1 Factory test The factory test of the picker can be carried out on a special test bench or assembled on the matching host and carried out at the same time. The factory test of the picker should be carried out at rated speed for 15 minutes.4.2 Type test The test should be carried out on a flat ground with a stubble height of 5~15mm. The objects to be picked up are grass strips formed by fodder, wheat straw and other similar materials. The type test of the picker shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the test method of the matching host. 2 4.3 Assessment of the average working time before the first failure JB/T5160—1991 Record the time from the start of the picker operation to the occurrence of the first failure, h (bundle). Failures include: a Damage to parts: b. Performance indicators fall below the specified values of this standard; c. The spring teeth cannot extend from the gap of the guard plate and slide on the inside of the guard plate. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Each pickup leaving the factory must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department of the manufacturer, and be accompanied by a product quality certificate. The pickup and the matching host are manufactured in the same manufacturer, and when the complete machine leaves the factory, it can share a product certificate with the host. 5.2 Factory inspection When leaving the factory, the pickup should be inspected one by one. 5.2.1 The results of the idling test should meet the requirements of 3.4.1, 3.4.4, and 3.4.5 of this standard. 5.2.3 Other items of factory inspection: a. The main parts should meet the requirements of 3.3.2 and 3.3.6; b. The assembly should meet the requirements of 3.4.2 and 3.4.3; c. The safety requirements and appearance quality should meet the requirements of 3.5 and 3.6 (except for paint adhesion). If there are unqualified items in the factory inspection results, the item should be repaired and re-inspected. If the product still fails the re-inspection, the product shall be treated as unqualified in 5.2.4 . 5.3 Type inspection 5.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a. Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; c. During normal production, regular inspection shall be carried out every three years; d. When the product is resumed after being discontinued for two years; e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.3.2 Sampling rules The inspection batch is 16~25 units, and 2 units are randomly selected for type inspection. 5.3.3 Type inspection items Type inspection items include all items specified in Articles 3.2~3.6 of this standard. 5.3.4 Judgment rules All indicators specified in Article 3.2 of this standard must be qualified, and 5 items of the remaining items are allowed to be unqualified; if the number of unqualified items is greater than 5, the batch of products will be treated as unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Marking When the picker leaves the factory alone, a label should be placed in a conspicuous position, and the content includes: a. Product model and name; JB/T 51601991 b. Main technical parameters of the product (pickup working width, spring tooth spacing, total mass); c. Factory date or factory number; d. Manufacturer name. If the picker and the matching host are manufactured in the same manufacturer and leave the factory as a complete machine, the picker does not need to be labeled separately. 6.2 Packaging 6.2.1 When the picker leaves the factory alone, it must be packed in a hard packing box. The picker should be fixed in the packing box, and the spring teeth must not touch the packing box during packaging. The specifications and packaging marks of the packing box should comply with the regulations of the transportation department. 6.2.2 Random spare parts and accessories should be packed separately and fixed in the packing box. 6.3 Random spare parts and accessories a. 6 spring teeth; b. 2 guard plates; c. 10 sets of bolts, nuts and washers for installing spring teeth.
