ICs 83. 160, 10 Registration No. 1347-1998 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG 2942-1998 Tyre valves for cycles Issued on March 17, 1998 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implemented on October 1, 1998 HG2942-1998 This standard is revised based on the development of tire valves for bicycles in my country in recent years, the implementation of GB1704-88 (later adjusted to industry standard HG2942--1988) and user usage. This standard adopts JISD9422-1983 "Tire valves for bicycles" in a non-equivalent manner. This standard adjusts the writing format and rules according to the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993 and GB/T1.22-1993. According to the provisions of GB/T3900-91, the product classification and marking of bicycle inner tube valves are revised. On the basis of ensuring product quality, this standard takes into account the practicality of valve production, removes the non-main dimensions and tolerances that do not affect the interchangeability and sealing in the original HG2942-1988 standard parts drawing, and revise and supplement the inspection rules. From the date of entry into force, this standard replaces HG2942-1988. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Tires and Wheels. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Valve Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Chen Dezhong and Yang Liying. This standard was first issued in September 1979 and revised for the first time in May 1988. The National Technical Committee for Standardization of Tires and Rims was entrusted with the interpretation of this standard by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Valve Tips. Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Tyre valves for cyelcs HG 2942—1998 Replaces HG2942—1988 This standard specifies the product type, technical requirements, sealing test methods and inspection rules of tire valves for tyres (hereinafter referred to as valves) for tyres of tyres. This standard applies to valve tips for pneumatic tyres of trolleys, tricycles and bicycles. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. HG 2942-1998 5.4 Appearance quality: All parts shall not have defects such as pores, shrinkage holes, cracks, mechanical damage, etc. that affect the use. 5.5 Sealing: It shall withstand "MPa 6. Sealing test method Assemble the door core and the pressure nut with rubber tube on the nozzle body as shown in Figure 1, and pass 1MPa compressed air into the Φ4.8 hole of the nozzle body, and fill it with water. The top of the nozzle is about 20mm above the water surface and keep it for 20s. Check whether there are bubbles escaping from each part. 7. Inspection rules 7.1 The quality inspection department of the door nozzle manufacturer shall inspect according to this standard and provide product quality certification. 7.2 Product inspection The inspection procedures and implementation of the inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828. 7.2.1 A warehouse batch or delivery batch of the same model and specification is an inspection batch. 7.2.2 This standard divides the non-conforming products into Class A non-conforming products, Class B non-conforming products and Class C non-conforming products according to the severity of the quality characteristics. Each category is further divided into several inspection groups, as shown in Table 2. Non-conforming categories Class A non-conforming products Class B non-conforming products C Unqualified Inspection group 5.5 Sealing performance as specified 5.4 Porosity and crack defects on nozzle body 4.3 Middle nozzle body thread 8 CV middle diameter, major diameter4.3 Middle six-point nut thread 8 CV middle diameter, minor diameter4.3 Middle pressure core nut thread 8 CV middle diameter, minor diameter4.3 Middle round female thread CV middle diameter, minor diameter4.2 Middle nozzle body throat diameter 04.2* 4.2 Middle nozzle body chain hole position size 6.B-% 364.2 The position and dimensions of the valve core body in the sheet 8.3+9-365.2 and 5.4 The appearance quality of the parts specified in Articles 5.4 (except for pores and cracks in the body) Inspection method According to the provisions of Chapter 6 Use a smooth go gauge. Use a smooth stop gauge or a universal disc to measure the thread neck diameter, and use a thread track gauge to measure the thread center Use a special gauge or a universal measuring tool to measure In case of dispute over the inspection, the universal most accurate measurement value shall prevail. When measuring the top diameter and other length dimensions of the thread, a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02 shall be used. 7. 2.3 The acceptable quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) of each inspection group shall comply with Table 2 7.2.4 Carry out inspections according to the inspection groups in Table 2, among which C6 group shall be inspected and judged according to the parts group. 7.2.5 Batch quality judgment: If the number of unqualified groups of Class A is greater than or equal to 1, the batch shall be judged as unqualified; if the number of unqualified groups of Class B is less than or equal to 1, the batch shall be judged as qualified, and if it is greater than or equal to 2, the batch shall be judged as unqualified; if the number of unqualified groups of Class C is less than or equal to 2, the batch shall be judged as qualified, and if it is greater than or equal to 3, the batch shall be judged as unqualified; if both R and C are unqualified, the batch shall be judged as unqualified. 7.2.6 The treatment method after batch inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828. 8 HG 2942 — 1998 7.3 The supervisory inspection of valve quality shall be carried out in accordance with 7.2 of this standard. Two samples shall be drawn from the inspection batch each time, and the first sample shall be judged as qualified if it passes the inspection: if the first sample fails the inspection, the second sample shall be re-inspected according to the original plan, and if it passes the re-inspection, it shall be judged as qualified, and if it fails the re-inspection, it shall be judged as unqualified. Packaging, marking and storage 8.1 The valves are packed in cartons or wooden boxes. The product certificate should be attached to the packing box. 8.2 According to the user's requirements, the valves can be packed separately or in sets. For sets, the different parts in the box should be packed in cartons, cloth bags or plastic bags. 8.3 The packaging must be moisture-proof. The packaging of the 84 valve should have the following signs: product name and model: quantity; manufacturer name and address: date of manufacture. 85The product should be placed in a dry warehouse and protected from sunlight and corrosion.
