Some standard content:
Scope of application
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Alunlte ores-- Analytical samples-The methodsof the samplipg and preparationUDC 549.762
GB 4581.2--84
This standard is applicable to the sampling and preparation of analytical samples for the production of auxiliary alum and the inspection of the texture of alunite ores for comprehensive processing. 2 Sampling and sample preparation tools
2.1 Iron shovel, iron plate, iron hammer.
2.2 Crusher, grinder, pulverizer, reducer, platform scale. 2.34, 20 months, 100 catties, 150 months standard sieves. 3 Sampling quantity
3.1 Sampling of ore piles, with less than 100 tons as a batch, the sample is calculated according to (1) P=30+ (Q-30) ×0.5
Where: P
Minimum sampling quantity, kg,
Weight of an ore pile, tons.
3.2 Sampling before burning furnace, the sampling quantity of 30-ton furnace is 30 kg; the sampling quantity of 50-ton furnace is 40 kg. 3.3 Alum crushed ore shipped by truck, take a sample of 0.03%. 4 Sampling method
4.1 Sampling of ore piles
On the inclined surface of the ore pile, remove 0.3 meters from the top and bottom of the pile, and make cross sections every 1 meter of slope distance, with each cross section around. Arrange sampling points at a point spacing of 11.5 meters, take out an equal amount of sample points that should be taken for the batch of ore at each point, and then synthesize the ore samples for the batch.
The ore pile is in a rectangular shape and sampling points can be planned at the same interval, but the sampling points shall not be less than 11 points. 4.2 Sampling before the roasting furnace
The sampling is carried out on the conveyor in front of the roasting furnace. The sampling times shall not be less than 11 times. The first sampling is arbitrary and shall be carried out at a certain interval thereafter.
4.3 Samples from the car
Sampling is carried out at five points as planned in the figure below. One point is at the intersection of the two diagonals, and the other four points are at the center of each of the four segments of the diagonals. The depth of the sample is 0.1 meter from the surface of the ore. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on July 20, 1984
Implemented on June 1, 1985

5.1 Combine the samples of the same batch of alum and ore and crush and reduce them. 5.2 Sample preparation process, crush and reduce according to formula (2): QK-d2
Where: Q-the minimum reliable weight of the reduced sample, kg, K-the sample coefficient, take 0.2,
the maximum diameter of the sample particles, mm.
5.3 The alum ore sample is continuously crushed and reduced according to the above formula until the sample passes the 4-day standard sieve. After sufficient mixing, reduce it to 5 kg. Take out 2 kg of the sample for the determination of adsorbed water, and immediately divide it into two clean and dry wide-mouth bottles with ground mouths in equal amounts, and seal them with paraffin. The remaining sample is ground with a grinder to pass the 100-mesh standard sieve. After sufficient mixing, reduce it to a sample of not less than 0.5 metric tons, and then grind it with a pulverizer until the metal part passes the 1501 standard sieve, and divide it into two clean and dry wide-mouth bottles with ground mouths in equal amounts.
5.4 Labels shall be affixed to the sample bottles for secondary packaging, indicating: the name of the production plant, sample name, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle shall be sent to the laboratory, and the other bottle shall be sealed and stored as a sample for two months. 5.5 After receiving the alunite ore sample, the laboratory shall determine the adsorbed water in the bottle with the larger particle size. The other bottle shall be fully mixed and no less than 20 grams of sample shall be taken out, dried and stored in a desiccator for determination of other items other than adsorbed water. Note: (1) If there is no auxiliary divider, it can be carried out above. The sample mixing method adopts the ring cone method, and the sample reduction method adopts the quartering method. ② Before the last reduction, the iron filings brought into the test by grinding shall be sucked away by a magnet rod.
