JB/T 50168-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 018-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of Aluminum Melting Furnaces". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of various aluminum-copper (including aluminum alloy) fuel furnaces in mechanical industrial enterprises. Aluminum melting fuel furnaces are divided into special, first, second and third grades according to the comparable unit consumption per ton of metal charge. Those with comparable unit consumption that does not reach the third grade index are classified as out-of-grade. This standard was first issued on March 5, 1988. Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T50168-1999 Energy Consumption Classification of Fuel Furnaces for Aluminum Melting (For internal use) Published on December 30, 1999 State Bureau of Machinery Industry Implementation on June 1, 2000 JB/T50168-1999 This standard is a revision of ZBJ01018-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of Fuel Furnaces for Aluminum Melting". Editorial modifications were made to the original standard during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces ZBJ01018-88 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed and managed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are: the Fifth Design Institute of the former State Machinery Committee and the Energy Conservation Center of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafters of this standard are: Lin Faxiang, Gao Jingtao, Wu Derong, and Sui Fengtong. This standard was first issued in 1988. Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Energy Consumption Classification of Aluminum Melting Fuel Furnaces (For internal use) This standard specifies the energy consumption level 2 of various aluminum melting (including aluminum alloy) fuel furnaces in machinery industry enterprises. Energy consumption classification JB/T50168-1999 Replaces ZBJ01018-88 Aluminum melting fuel furnaces are divided into special, first, second and third grades according to the comparable unit consumption per ton of metal charge. Those whose comparable unit consumption does not reach the third grade index are classified as out-of-grade. The comparable unit consumption classification of aluminum melting fuel furnaces is shown in Table 1. Table 1 Furnace category Reverberatory furnace ≤100 Comparable unit consumption index k standard coal/metal charge ≤215 >100~150 >85~120 1Metal charge refers to the metal charge consumed in producing qualified molten aluminum and master alloy. 2Qualified molten aluminum refers to molten aluminum that meets the process requirements and is used to cast castings and other profiles. Second grade >215~315 >150~250 >120~160 >315~480 >250-350 >160-260 3Comparable unit consumption includes the energy consumption of melting, refining, insulation and preheating of metal charge outside the furnace, excluding the energy consumption of auxiliary equipment. Comparable unit consumption calculation The energy consumption per unit weight of metal charge, taking into account the influence of fuel type, is called comparable unit consumption, which is calculated according to formula (1):_QBwBα0.404W, 29308G Where: bk——comparable unit consumption, kg standard coal t metal charge; Q%w lower calorific value of fuel, kJ/kg or kJ/Nm; G a single aluminum melting fuel Total fuel consumption of the charging furnace during the statistical period, kg or Nm; Q fuel type coefficient, see Table 2; W,-power consumption for refining and insulation during the statistical period, kW·h; G total amount of metal charge of a single aluminum melting fuel furnace during the statistical period, t: 0.404- 29308- power consumption discount coefficient; -calorific value of 1kg standard coal in terms of dry coke. Www.bzxZ.net Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on December 30, 1999 (1) Implemented on June 1, 2000 Fuel Type Fuel Coefficient α JB/T50168-1999 9%w≤6071k/Nm2 Qw>6071k/Nm3 For aluminum-melting fuel furnaces that are heated solely by hot coal gas, the comparable unit consumption index is multiplied by the pressure-fire coefficient of Q75 during the first shift; the pressure-fire coefficient is multiplied by 0.85 during the second shift; the pressure-fire coefficient is 1 for the third shift. 4 Boiler Assessment The second-class and third-class boilers are allowed to be assessed as a group of furnaces. The comparable unit consumption index of the group of furnaces is the same as the comparable unit consumption index of the corresponding grades in Table 1, but the first-class furnaces, reverberatory furnaces and vertical furnaces of the boiler must be assessed as a single furnace2||tt ||People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard Energy Consumption Classification of Aluminum Melting Furnace (For Internal Use) JB/T50168-1999 Published and Distributed by China Academy of Mechanical Science Printed by China Academy of Mechanical Science Postal Code 100044) (No. 2 Shouti South Road, Beijing Format 880×12301/16 Sheet 1/2 Number of Words 6.000First Edition in July 2000 One Printing No. 1000 in July 2000Price 10.00 Yuan Printing 1-500 Number 99-1740 Mechanical Industry Standard Service Network: http:/wwwJB.ac.cn66618910 / Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
