This standard specifies the part-time positions and codes of the people's congresses at or above the county level, the CPPCC, democratic parties, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Association for Science and Technology (people's organizations at the national level of vice-ministerial level and above), the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and above. This standard applies to information processing and information exchange. Coding method
This standard is expressed in a four-digit code. The first and second digits indicate the name of the organization; the third digit indicates the level of the organization; and the fourth digit indicates the part-time position.
The first and second digits are expressed as follows:
