The highest score and unit deduction value of each item are shown in Table 1. Table 1 The highest score and unit deduction value of each item of packaging and rolling Package The highest score Unit deduction value 3.2.2 The number of unqualified cigarettes or the number of unqualified times shall be determined by inspection of each item. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 17, 1996 336 Content rate Implemented on January 1, 1997 GB 5606.6--1996 3.2.3 The number of unqualified branches (times) of each item multiplied by the unit deduction score equals the unqualified deduction score 3.2.4 The highest score of each item minus the unqualified deduction score equals the score of the item. If the score is less than 0, it will be counted as 0. 3.2.5 If the packaging and rolling quality have any of the following situations, the batch of cigarettes will be judged as unqualified: a) The packaging and rolling quality score is less than 70.0 points; b) The box is packed incorrectly; c) The whole carton is packed incorrectly; d) The whole box is packed incorrectly; e) The carton is missing in the box; f) The carton is missing in the box; g) There are more than four boxes with missing cigarettes, h) There are more than 10 broken cigarettes; i) There are worms in the box or more than one box of cigarettes is infested by worms; ji) The moisture content is too high, that is, the moisture content is greater than 14.00%; k) It is seriously loose, that is, the number of empty cigarettes is more than 20; 1) It bursts, that is, the number of burst cigarettes is more than 2; m) It is out, that is, the number of out of flame cigarettes is more than 2, n) There are more than 20 leaking cigarettes. 3.3 Mainstream smoke index Mainstream smoke index includes tar content and smoke nicotine content, which shall be tested in accordance with GB5606.5. 3.3.1 Tar content 3.3.1.1 See Table 2 for tar content grades and corresponding tar content. If the measured tar amount is greater than the tar amount on the box label plus 2.0 mg, the batch of cigarettes is judged to be unqualified (the batch rejection item code is s). 3.3.2 Nicotine content in smoke The assessment of nicotine content in smoke adopts the percentage system. If: (nicotine content in smoke on the box label minus 0.30 mg) ≤ measured nicotine content in smoke < (nicotine content in smoke on the box label + 0.30 mg), 100 points are scored; otherwise, 0 points are scored. 3.4 Total cigarette quality score The total cigarette quality score is calculated by formula (1): Z = 0.45a + 0.46 + 0.1c + 0.05d (1 Wherein: Z is the total cigarette quality score; is the sensory quality score, is the packaging and rolling quality score; is the tar content score; d is the nicotine content score in smoke. The total cigarette quality score is accurate to 0.1 point. 3.5 The total cigarette quality score indicates the comprehensive quality of cigarettes. 3.6 The product quality inspection results can be statistically analyzed using the statistical table in Appendix A). 337 GB5606.6-1996 Appendix A (Suggested Appendix) Results of Cigarette Product Quality Inspection A1 Summary table of cigarette product quality inspection results, see Table A1.
