Under normal storage, transportation and loading and unloading conditions, it should be ensured that the products will not rust, grow, reduce precision, be damaged or lost due to poor packaging within one year from the date of shipment (two years for export products). If there are special requirements, they can be implemented according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 3.2 Products or accessories with a mass greater than 500kg should be packaged in a sliding wooden frame box and should have sufficient strength. The packaging design should be based on the characteristics of the parts, components or products, and the packaging should be compact, reasonably protected, safe and reliable. 3.3 The external dimensions, structural type and quality of the packaging box shall comply with the relevant regulations on over-limit and overweight in domestic and foreign transportation. 3.4 The product packaging environment should be clean and dry to prevent dirt from contaminating the product or affecting the surface quality of the product. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The material and box making requirements of the various materials selected for the packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. Under the premise of short storage and transportation time and ensuring that the product is not damaged, simple packaging can also be used (according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties). 4.2 Packing requirements
4.2.1 When packing the product, the center of gravity should be centered and lower as much as possible. Products with a high center of gravity should be packed horizontally as much as possible. Products with a center of gravity that is significantly off the center should take corresponding balancing measures. 4.2.2 Without affecting the accuracy, the movable parts and components on the product should be moved to the position of the minimum external dimensions and fixed. The protruding parts and components on the product should be removed as much as possible and packaged separately, and marked, and generally fixed in the same box. 4.2.3 Parts and components with special requirements on the product should be removed as much as possible, marked, and packaged separately according to special requirements. 4.2.4 Accessory boxes, spare parts boxes, etc. should be fixed with corresponding measures and fixed in the appropriate position in the main box as much as possible. 4.2.5 The product should maintain a certain distance from the inner wall of the packaging box, generally not less than 30mm~50mm from the wall, and not less than 50mm~80mm from the top of the box.
